I see the whole finale to the Pain fight as a big "Naruto is better than Sasuke" from the author. Here we see Naruto go through something similar to what Sasuke went through, with Naruto losing the village, probably a lot of people he cared about, Jiraiya, Kakashi, and as far as he knew, Hinata, (not that anyone cares about her) and yet he didn't become a revenge-obsessed punk like Sasuke and actually got past all of the negative shit he was going through.

It was supposed to be him becoming blind, as there was a panel showing his heavily blurred vision added in after that bit. Except that seems to be practically dropped, considering Sasuke has used Amaterasu more in this single fight than Itachi has used it in the entire series and he seems to be doing just fine. (comparatively) While Itachi practically lost an eye during his fight with Sasuke.

Well they never showed how often Itachi used his because he wasn't the focus of the series. He got his Mangekyou a long time ago, so I'm sure he had some issues too. I'm sure the temporary blindness or "blurred vision" happens after he uses the Mangekyou for extended periods of time. It probably lasts longer and longer after every use until he eventually goes blind and his eyes become useless.

Ya because someone disliking and critiquing a character based of the fact he's an emo revenge driven twat that keeps magically surviving insurmountable odds is exactly like being him. Try again and this time try not to make yourself seem like such an idiot drawing analogies. Although emo doesn't really have a straight up definition you could pretty much open a fucking dictionary and see a picture of Sasuke.

Not only that how you do you get revenge on a character that doesn't exist? Are you 12? Sasuke didn't "wrong" me he's just turned into a weak excuse for a character for the reasons I listed. The way Kishi has written Sasuke's story is pathetic there's no build up, no explanation it's just constant "it's a TWIST!!!" or climax after climax. Yes he's doing a good job as to setting Sasuke up as an antagonist to Naruto but he's skipping any sort of explanation of Sasuke's thought process and very shallow motivation. He's literally thrown story telling and believability out the window and expects us just to swallow it.

I'm sorry everyone's bashing you're favorite little emo pretty boy but face it the character has pretty much lost all of it's redeeming factors. Yes I am kinda pissed how shallow and pointless a character Sasuke has turned into but I'm not crying fucking blood. The reason I want Sasuke to either die or get his ass fucked up is then at least we can A. focus on far better characters, or B. finally have Sasuke do some retrospective looking back and provide some reasoning on the actions he's taking other than "I'M ANGRY AND SAD!!!!"

Seriously, the Naruto lore is full of interesting character, they can go over some blast to the past by exploring more of the konohagakure's team, or toss more background into all those characters introduced recently that belongs in the other village.

But as long as the main focus of the story is some emo faggot that hasn't changed his raison d'etre from the start, and hasn't become anymore interesting since then, none of that shit is gonna happen.

Read it all, so don't worry I got life(?), and all I have to say is you're still a whiny bitch over a cartoon. I'll humor myself by responding to some of your points, though, starting with the easiest ones.

1) Sasuke is far from my favorite character in Naruto. Can't remember the last time we saw Neji or Shikamaru, but it's always been a toss-up between them. I realize assuming he's my favorite character is the easiest way to digest the fact that I'm sort of over all the crying about Sasuke, but it's wrong, sorry.

2) You're a whiny bitch because you're writing multiple paragraphs in response to simple questions about a character, not because you dislike and critique him. People have been far more effective with a simple, "Fuck Sasuke," but you're writing chapters. I'm used to this behavior from Vajra, but that's because he's typically long-winded and likes to look shit up on some Naruto wiki to begin with.

3) I said you want him to get his ass kicked for revenge. I know you're taking this at the literal sense of what I'm saying to try and provide another point against me or something, but I would hope you'd be able to understand that. I'll throw out another one of my amazing analogies for you: did you want Cloud to get revenge against Sephiroth for killing Aeris? Yeah, suck it.

4) No build up? Sasuke's always wanted revenge for something, what kind of build up do you expect? He wanted to kill Itachi, he managed that, and in the process found out Konoha was in the wrong with the massacre. Sorry, but I don't understand why you aren't finding that to be his motivation for what he's doing now. Do you really need to be spoonfed his thought process about this? He lived for a long time assuming his brother was corrupt, when it was the very village he grew up in that forced his brother to do what he did, and now he wants to take out the people who forced that upon Itachi. Do you really need multiple chapters explaining that to you? I would hope, since you seem somewhat intelligent, that you would have gathered that to be his motivation by now.

5) Shallow and pointless character. That's a good one. If not for Sasuke, what the fuck would Naruto's motivation be? Without Sasuke, Naruto is useless as a character. We'd have just another DBZ style manga where random villain #59 comes to Konoha, is slightly stronger than Naruto, Naruto gets whooped, trains for a week, comes back and beats villain #59. Have you ever watched the Naruto movies? That shit would be all that the manga is. Do you not see the conflict that's setting up for Naruto? He doesn't want to hurt his BFF, but he wants to be Hokage. The prospective Hokage surely would never let an internationally wanted criminal go, would they? So what's Naruto to do? We don't know that yet. We're seeing Sasuke slip further and further to where it's going to be a struggle in Naruto's mind whether he can even go through with fighting/killing or letting Sasuke escape or whatever.

You seriously, seriously can't be that stupid not to see this kind of shit. I'll accept people saying Sasuke this, Sasuke that, fuck 'em, etc., because some people just do not like characters. I dislike Lee, fuck Lee. But you, on the other hand, are trying to give justification for hating Sasuke that makes absolutely no sense, and instead are just another member of what Haiko said (hi btw), the Sasuke hating bandwagon.
