Ya there's definitely something about his identity that screams "IT'S A TWIST!" Even if it is truly Madara I think he's at least possessing someone's body or something along those lines, I think. Which might be limiting his power too thus the reason he's been manipulating others to do everything for him and that he wanted Negato to "save" his rinne tensei for Madara. Maybe he needs his body resurrected?

i wouldnt be surprised it really was him. there was 1 clip in the manga through itachi's flashback of itachi asking him to help kill the uchiha clan. he was sporting the same hair he had when he fought the 1st, but with a mask on. something happened to his face, but at this point of the series, i wouldnt be surprised if its completely false and it was something totally absurd lol. things are too unpredictable for me atm. im just focused on catching up with the animated series now than i am with the manga. a lot epic fights coming up

[He] orders Karin to give [Sasuke] medical treatment and sends her away too

From here, the conversation starts:
Gaara: "Why did you make Sasuke come here!?"
Madara: "I sent him here because it's very valuable [to me] that he activate his eyes all the way up to Susanoo. I also planned for him to bring you Five Kage down and imprison you, but it seems that was hopeless yet."
Here ends the conversation about Sasuke
"My goal is to rule the world. I've wished this for a long time."
Tsuchikage: "In your case, you should be able to do that by yourself, right?"
Madara: "My body was too gravely injured in the fight against the First, Hashirama. I don't have such power left."
Someone: "Why are you collecting the Tailed Beasts?"
To the story about the Eye of the Moon Plan:
The origin of the current Tailed Beasts is that they are born from a single Ten-Tails. Temari or Kankurou: "Shouldn't there be only nine Tailed Beasts?"
Madara: "Long ago, the Sage of the Six Paths saved the world from the Ten-Tails, but because the beast's power was so great, the Sage put the demonic power inside his own body, making himself a jinchuuriki. Then, he created the Moon and sealed the Ten-Tails' body there. (the story was much longer, but I can't remember the rest ><) Then, as his own death approached, he divided the power into nine pieces..."
I'm sorry, but I'm telling it extremely simplified
Madara: "[My goal is to] revive the Ten-Tails and become its jinchuuriki, project an infinite Tsukuyomi on the Moon, and so rule all of mankind, thus I will create a world without strife."
Mizukage: "This world has no place for such a dream or hope"
Madara: "Right now, it's neither hope nor anything. Hurry up and hand over the Eight-Tails and Nine-Tails."

The Sage of Six Paths defeated the Ten-Tails, sealed it's body on the moon, sealed the power inside himself. Before he died he split the power into NINE tailed beasts...why not 10? Anyways, so Madara is collecting the 9 tailed beasts to combine their power and implant them back into the 10 tails (Which is on the moon). He manipulates Sauske into battles with hatred to advance his MS so that he is able to use Tsukuyomi. Madara says that his powers are weakened so either he will take Sauske's eyes in order to use Tsukuyomi in order to control the Ten Tails (This is what I guess he means to project an Tsukuyomi on the moon) or manipulate Sauske to do it for him

Also now it feels like after this revelation, we are going to have an arc where the villages are going to want to protect Killer Bee and Naruto, possibly what everyone has been suggesting that KB teach Naruto how to control his tailed beast...seems that this manga has a lot that it can go off of to keep it going but again if the spoiler is true, we finally know what main villains endgame is

Sounds pretty good. Can't help but lol, though, that Madara declares war on entire nations even though it's just him, Zetsu, and Sasuke +3. Granted he has most of the tailed beasts sealed away for his use too, but pretty funny to declare war with an army of three basically.

I wonder why Kiba and Lee are apparently travelling with Sakura as well. I figured that everyone else would be tracking down Sasuke like they planned, and that she would go to Naruto alone. Eh, I guess if there's no other reason it makes sense to travel in some sort of a group in case of an attack.
