Ok, Lee's initial reaction to Sakura's confession was great. But seeing him in the background of one panel with his face in his hands was fucking awesome.

And good to see that Naruto wasn't fooled by what she was trying to do at all. Just went from confused to irritated to pissed.

(looking back on the two panels showing Sakura's talk with the rest of the rookies... Sakura's doing this not only to get rid of the promise, but also to keep Naruto away from Sasuke while the rest of the rookies are looking for him? Also Kiba looks so pissed in his panels because he knows that Sakura is basically just trying to manipulate Naruto?)

As for Kakashi, he isn't a part of the alliance at all yet (what Abandon said). Konoha is included in the alliance, they're just informing Kakashi of what went down since Gaara vouched for him. From there Kakashi can inform the village, and they can decide what to do with the hokage situation.

@ the manga I pritty much agree with what Maguspk and Akiyama said. The whole thing was just clearly trying to be manipulative and shows that Sakura's character development is only half-way advance to where she recognizes Sasuke as a threat to the town and a source of pain for Naruto, instead actually being over the douche.

Yes, I thought of this today too, since Garaa is saying he'll inform Kakashi about Danzou's true intent and about what happened at the Kage meeting...Kakashi will have to report this to the Fire Country Council + Konoha Council, and then Danzou will target him because Kakashi snitched on him.

Kakashi would fight in a heated fight vs Danzou because Konoha will want Kakashi to become 6th Hokage (maybe) and Danzou will want to challenge him (like when he challenged the Third Hokage). Maybe rest of the Chuninn kids will have to fight ANBU Root).

Danzou likes stealing eyes, and since Kakashi has Mangekyo Sharingan in his eye, that'd be a prize for Danzou to go after...Also it's pretty much a destined fight since they are both not Uchiha blood, but have Obito/Shisui's eyes...
