this could go either way honestly, can see ample reasoning and evidence for either kisame or killerbee dying:

1. Bee doesn't die - I feel like all these forms of his tailed cloak and the human ox chakra form and shit, and interactions between bee and the ox are showing us what naruto's capable of doing with his tailed beast, and Bee has to teach that to naruto (as has been said). however, going off of previous patterns, a lot of the akatsuki battles (or battles in general) we've seen where the members have only revealed some of their chakra and abilities in the past, then reveal their major tricks in a final battle end up dying. i.e. deidara vs gaara, then vs kakashi/naruto, then he dies vs. sasuke. kakuzu and hidan vs asuma and friends, then they die vs shikamaru and naruto/kakashi and friends. sasori vs kankuro, then sasori dies vs granny/sakura. after this battle there's not much more mystery or reveal to kisame's ability really, except maybe background story. however...

2. Bee might die - his trainer stays back, will probably live, and will probably be the one to teach naruto shit. no offense to bee's character, he's hysterical, but can you really envision him teaching naruto anything (or naruto listening to him, for that matter)? he's a goof, he raps, but he is talented. he just doesn't scream "mentor" to me. plus it makes naruto and the nine-tails that much more urgent to keep protected/alive, being the final bijuu remaining. i won't be surprised if Bee gets defeated in this fight.

My prediction: big-ass search team finds Bee after he blows up a mountain, Kisame decides to fall back. Bee teaches Naruto to control 9tails, and he proceeds to shitstomp Kisame, since Kisame was hyped to be as strong as any tailed beast except the 9tails.

I can live without the whole "Bee teaches Naruto" crap. Only thing that's really stopping Naruto and the kyuubi from getting along is the kyuubi's personality, and that's not something an outsider can really change unless we're gonna start mirroring Bleach with the whole "make your inner hollow submit to you" thing Ichigo went through with the vizard.

Overall, guess I'm not really interested in this fight. If had a preference in winner, it'd be Kisame.

I'm thinking it's probably going to go in the direction that Parsh predicted or Killerbee is going to die. With all the hyping they've done on Kisame in the last couple chapters paired with the fact that it's been hinted that he may know more about Madara's more recent past than anyone else, it just doesn't seem like they're going to have him pop up and die just like that.

If bee dies then there was no point in killerbee escaping in the first place or at least in anyone finding out that he had out of atasuki.
The knowledge that bee was actually alive becomes wasted plot.
Tbh I don't know how I feel about the aftermath of this fight. Both have been hyped up too much for one to die but a tie would be a cop out as would killerbee doing the same trick he did on Sasuke when Kisame already knows about it. Either way the fight had better be as epic as Naruto vs pein since we've got 2 Ensemble Darkhorse going at it.

Seriously? Just because Guy and Lee use Taijutsu doesnt mean they dont have chakra. In fact them opening their chakra gates would fuck them over completely. The way kisame is described so far makes him seem invincible to anyone that has chakra at all. Which is total bulllllllllshit.

It seems that Kisame needs to be killed by a one hit kill physical attack that overwhelms him (Bee almost pulled it off) or a ninjutsu not based on chakra or otherwise non-absorbable (Kirin would work I bet or Amaterasu)
