Edit: Actually, looks like he has to touch people to teleport them into his head. It's not 100% like Kamui I guess (since Kakashi can just look at the target and teleport them into another dimension). When he had Sasuke on his shoulders, that's when he teleported him into his head, same w/ Karin he touched her on her shoulder (you can see the hand reach).

Madara did say that he was pathetically weak at the kage meeting. So while what he's doing might seem impressive to us the asswhooping he's handing out to him is akin to beating guys up with both arms chopped off, replaced with foam, while blindfolded and suspended upside down above a school of hungry piranha armed with nothing more than a whoopee cushion and a teddy bear while in the middle of a volcano about to erupt.

I think it's fair for Madara to be not be invincible before managing to siphon himself off some power.
Also considering how overpowered the sharringan is in general would YOU take a chance vs 20 of em at once from a Kage while you're weak and feeble?

I said this earlier in spoiler tags: Sasuke is basically Madara's Pokemon. Sasuke is a tool, Madara is the user. Madara is bringing out Sasuke to fight another difficult battle to power up his Sharingan so it becomes more developed (he said this earlier). Also he knows Sasuke wants revenge on Danzo anyways .

The idea of cutting someone's eye out and implanting it in another person was cool for Kakashi because of how he functions and the story behind it. It was a good story line for Itatchi and Sasuke also.

Someone having a transplanted byakugan and others trying to steal them was annoying. The sharingan arm is fucking dumb though. To me it cheapens the earlier stories when eyeballs are being treated like they're pogs.

Still dont see the point in all the eyes. It just seems like a massive charkra drain, aside from 360-ish degree vision like some ghetto-byakugan, what does it even achieve?

I don't necessarily like the arm thing, however it makes a bit more sense now. Danzou did all sorts of sleazy shit just to gain more power. It gives a reason for why all the Uchiha are dead. What I'd like to know however is why the other 3 people who knew about the massacre let it happen/supported it and/or didn't kill Danzou for this douchebaggery.

Danzou does control an organization with enough power to nearly propel him to the status of kage with the only reason he didn't get it being that the 3rd and 4th were around.
Outright war against root could be a big enough conflict to be considered a civil war.
As for any other explanations I'd suggest you reread previous chapters.
Even if killing them all was douchebaggy they were still planning on actions that would cause the third world war in the narutoverse. He couldn't technically be considered in the wrong for preventing a world war if things were made public.

A giant sharringan arm must be bad enough for him to get in trouble. Orochimaru probably gave it to him which is why Kabuto is being hunted down to prevent an information leak. Even assuming the other village elders had no problem with the ethics of it there's the issue of why the rest of the village didn't get free sharringan eyes for everyone in the aftermath of the massacre.
