Some of these manga artists must read the internet, the amount of rage this is causing is ridiculous, not to mention it looks absolutely disgusting. I'm literally gonna cringe watching this episode when it gets animated cause I can guarantee those eyes are gonna move and make "squish" sounds as they do.

This week's manga and anime have been awesome in terms of Madara for me.

Loved the way he was seemingly toying with the 2 Anbu in the manga. Then he goes and pulls a Raikage by just ripping his own arm off... then kicks it up a notch (literally) by using it as a weapon.

And thought it was awesome in the anime how he switched voices in the middle of talking about Sasuke's victory.

Sharingan-arm though? Well, I definitely wasn't expecting that. Though like arus mentions, at least it provides a solution to Madara's missing arm once Danzo is dead.

Arm is gay, i thought its purpose was to pull different traits from the eyes since each can be developed in their own unique way to power up his main eye? maybe help his main eye achieve a psuedo MS. (75rdm solo NP, party of 65s is ok too, etc) Not so much as to danzo shooting out lasor beams from each eye when pointing it around.

You know it just dawned on me, with all the emphasis being placed on stealing sharingan eyeballs, why did Orochimaru never just go through this route if he wanted them? Why go through all the hassle of grooming Sasuke when the Uchiha Massacre provided easy pickings?

Because of the strain a Sharingan puts on a non-Uchiha? Granted I think Orochimaru would be the one that would find some sort of work around, but still... It would be easier to possess a Sharingan user and then not have the drawback effect.

EDIT: Also, I doubt any of them had Mangekyo capability, which is what makes Sasuke/Itachi more desired.

Oro's whole deal was to live a loooooong time and to learn every jutsu possible. He wasn't after eyes specifically... he just made a big deal about Sasuke because not only would he get a great body as a host for a good amount of time, but he'd get the sharingan on top of it. He'd have a young body, and eyes capable of copying jutsu on top of that.

i cant wait for the next animated episode rather than the manga, even knowing whats going to happen next lol. one of the best drawn out scenes in the manga is going on next episode with the showdown on 1st hokage vs madara. YA BOYEEEE

That may be true as a general rule but the exceptions are quite formidable, Tsunade and the Mizukage come to mind.

Although we should count Haku and Deidara?

Also in the anime, I like how Madara switches voices depending on the situation now. First time they debuted his deeper voice was when he talked to Pain after Deidara's death. Hopefully he uses Tobi voice sometimes later in the future episodes too, I like how the switched it up in this episode when he was fighting Naruto/Kiba/Shino/Yamato.

Hopefully Shino can learn the same Nano Poison Insect technique that Torune has (I mentioned this earlier but just want to repeat it again >.>). BTW why do all the Yamakana's look like blonde surfer dudes LOL.

Also, in the anime, we can now confirm that Sasuke's implant was really just a trap-version of Itachi's actual Mangekyo Sharingan. It had the same design as Itachi's. Was just a trap he set so that Sasuke would auto-Amaterasu Madara at the sight of his Sharingan. Of course Sasuke will get his "Eye of the Jew" looking Atomic Bomb design Magekyo Sharingan soon when Team "Taka" is moving out after Hachibi.

Next episode should be all Sasuke and Madara talking story, and probably Naruto back at the village to hear that Jiraiya died (Fukasasku arriving maybe). Episode after that will be more Sasuke and Madara talking, and Naruto arriving at Myobokuzan (maybe). Episode after that is the start of Sasuke vs Hachibi at Thunder Gorge, and Naruto training in the same episode.

I don't expect any fillers. They're going to be doing the Hachibi vs Sasuke fight along side Naruto's Sage Mode Training (just like the manga does). Pain will also head to Konoha some point after Sasuke beat Hachibi. But remember, Pain already leaves Akatsuki hideout before Madara/Kisame/Zetsu start to seal the Hachibi (and find out it's fake). There's really no place where they could add fillers here. Pain would be heading to Konoha during Naruto's training, Naruto can't be collecting bugs and water for dinners and doing chores in some filler episode while everyone in Konoha's getting fucked up lol.

First Danzo is revealed to be yet another Sharingan bearer, as if we hadn't seen enough to last us a lifetime.

Then, Madara's plan is revealed to be a unification of the juubi... as if every fan-fic writer out there hadn't already thought of that one.

The last couple of plot twists left me underwhelmed, but this... this "Danzo of the Hakutaku Sharingarm," has just taken a turn for the effing bizarre...


... and I couldn't be more pleased.

Better be a damn good reason for putting eyes in your arm. If it doesn't basically work the same as Pain's Rinnegan and allow Danzou to see through all of the eyes, I can't think of a logical (lol) way for this to be at all effective. I'd say maybe a storage of eyes if he loses one, but... the fuck. That's just silly. And if that was the case, why would he unveil it like it's going to help him against Madara.

I honestly think this is pretty ridiculous but I guess Kishimoto got the intended reaction from me. I think it's stupid, but I can't wait for the next chapter now to see how the hell or what the hell it does.
