Sasuke's face on that last panel looks EXACTLY like the younger Sasuke, scared as shit. What I'm wondering though, is where are the other 3?

Also, who thinks this arc will 'finish' with a war of fire vs rain? That'd be pretty crazy but certainly possible now.

Yeah. I guess he's all big and bad when he's not around Itachi, but scared shitless once faced with him.

And I honestly don't see a war between Konoha and the Rain country. Konoha already has a very limited amount of ninjas obviously, I think Tsunade would try to avoid something like that at all costs... but I do think we'll see the end of Jiraiya.

I don't think Sasuke is as scared as he was when he was younger... maybe not at all. It's just like a "Oh shi, where the fuck did my evil bro just come from?" moment. I mean... if you have all this time pent up preparing and training, then you have this whole plan set up to meet your target and fuck him up... and he just, shows up randomly, you'd have an "Oh shi" moment as well.

I also think this has some significance as well-- it'll prove to Sasuke that he's still not ready to take on Itachi even with what he has right now. Obvisously Naruto wasn't ready, considering he got caught up in Itachi's genjutsu and shrugged off (Naruto and Sasuke should be on the same level of battle prowess once again).

This is true. Sasuke did have that look everytime almost, lol. Gonna be talk most likely-- Itachi doesn't look real antsy about beating up either of them. Probably just a warning or more Sharingan mind tricks, lol.

What a dumbass, now we have to hope Itachi tells Sasuke in 367 whatever he was going to tell Naruto or somehow we find out because if he really wanted to talk instead of take his Kyuubi then it must have been important; especially since Naruto is his target.

Naruto is also Pein/Pain's target. Itachi might have been trying to warn Naruto about him. I've decided Itachi is not bad at all. He's had more than one opportunity to get Naruto and hasn't.

Itachi said Naruto "wasn't ready" pre-time skip. What the hell does Naruto have anything to do with a demon inside of him, especially when it comes to Akatsuki wanting to gather the demons and not the hosts specifically? Same with post-time skip. Itachi didn't even put much effort into fighting Naruto -- hell, it was just a clone of himself, but I can imagine he wouldn't have much trouble with him (and Kakashi, Chiyo, Sakura at that point). All he did was genjutsu then iirc.

No, Naruto is Itachis target, the higher ups simply thought it was time to take matters into their own hands soon since Naruto will be the last one they need.

Okay, so, Pain/Pein is still targeting Naruto as well. I know he's Itachi's target too. Page 17, chapter 363 is when he is given Naruto as a target, then in the next chapter it's said why -- because he's never lost a fight.
