Same. I'm expecting a nice twist or big event to unfold in the manga though, due to itatchi being all weird lately, and because of this there are 500,000 theories and "spoilers" forming. I think I can wait a Day or 2 to find out for myself, because some of the things people are saying are just retarded.

Yea, that's supposively how you get it, but who would kakashi have killed to get it?

Although it didn't specifically say in the manga, Kakashi wouldn't kill anyone to obtain ms. He used a different means of getting ms.

I thought Itatchi got his MS before he killed off his entire clan, if you remember the flashbacks I think they found his friend dead, and they started questioning him and his father is like gtfo. So there shouldn't be any questions on how he got the MS.

And in the anime, after itatchi did that jutsu where he stabbed him a million times in konoha, didn't kakashi utter something after along the lines of "i was just barely able to get it" or something? I know he said something in one of those ep's after having it done to him, so I assumed he Just copied it. If he didn't then idk, since he got the eye from Obito it would mean Obito had to kill his closest friend, but that didn't happen. The writers would have to make something up (literally) in order to cover all sides lol.

sharingan is the bloodline. Kakashi uses the sharingan to copy moves.
MS is just another lv up of sharingan, like ssj1,2,3 etc.

and you dont remember the obito stuff from the anime cause that happened in the kakashi gaiden which has so far,has only been in the manga

This was festering in the back of my head, and that's probably what it would end up being - Gotta think about Sasuke here too, he didn't kill naruto, but he completely severed his ties and anything that ever was, so it's gotta be a state-of-mind thing.

As far as not copying MS because it's a bloodline limit, I think it's just another of the Sharingans abilities and not a straight out limit like the sharingan is itself. Then the clan would have 2 bloodline limits =/

But Sasuke doesn't have ms?

That we know of. Sasuke hasn't been in the manga as much as everyone else and what we have seen of him is very little of the extent of his powers.

Sasuke said he would accomplish the jutsu without doing it the way his brother did it, he wanted to prove he could do it without killing naruto. We don't know if he has it or not yet, but he is pretty confident and set about going after itachi now and not waiting to kill naruto first, so it leaves you to think he has done it. I don't think he would go after Itachi if he wasn't ready for him, and not without MS. Naruto is alive, so if he has MS it's mind only, which means kakashi could have it as well.

Didn't Itachi obtain MS by killing his best friend Uchiha Shishui or w/e? I thought his death and the Uchiha slaughter took place at the same time. That's the only reason I can see the whole idea of Madara killing off the Uchihas being a problem.

No Itachi killed his friend before the Uchiha clans slaughter, so that would mean he had MS before the slaughter happened.
