I can't help but imagine Sasuke laughing the way my girlfriend does.

She's barely 5 feet tall, yet produces this deep echoing mad scientist/evil mastermind "BAH HAH HAH HAH HAH" chuckle out of nowhere... seeing him make that face, I heard her guffawing, and can't unhear it now.

I doubt it. It would induce nothing but rage out of readers at the fact Sasuke would be able to stand toe to toe with Naruto after constant Kage-level battles. That being said, I hope Kakashi bitch slaps him until Madara's stupid-sasuke beeper inevitably goes off.

Yeah I sincerely doubt Naruto v. Sasuke is going to happen here. Sasuke is battered and tired... there's really no way he should be able to take down Kakashi. Especially considering Danzo's comment on how Sasuke could barely maintain his sharingan at the end of their fight. Madara will most likely intervene in the fight once the tide starts turning in Kakashi's favor.

And even if somehow Sasuke wins against Kakashi, there's no way he continues on to fight Naruto. Similar reasons as above: Madara will intervene because Sasuke is straining himself way too much.

One part that caught my eye was Karin pleading Sasuke not to do it in regard to killing Sakura. Maybe she's now seeing that he's going way too far and will willingly help out Naruto and friends in the future?

Honestly if they are gonna throw Taka over to the Naruto side then Madara better start a recruitment drive or something.

Edit: I doubt Suigetsu or Jugo would be interested anyway. Karin? Maybe.

Well they certainly wont be friends with Sasuke any more since he kind of wants to do things alone as evident by him wanting to kill both Sakura and Karin.

This is a chance for the akatsuki to get more members, though. The red clouds are too cool to retire.

Pretty sure Karin is still going to die. Kakshi told Sakura to stabilize her to the point she could talk, not to heal her fully. With those wounds, there's no way Sakura can save her life, merely prolong her enough to withdraw information about Sasuke. They're also nowhere near any sort of village or area with medical supplies. Karin is a goner - she's served her purpose in this manga, and as you all forget, she's had her little flashback.

Everyone who has a flashback when being mortally injured dies in shonen. /crazed sasuke stare

Yeah, I don't see it ending well for the sauce. He's not going to repeat the mistake of his elder and lose to his own version of Orochimaru. Plus this is a Kakashi that's made peace with his father, has killed his inner demons, and was totally prepared to become the hokage before Danzo wtfjutsued the high council.

We're going to see a stronger Kakashi than ever.

The real reason Kakashi won't lose: Kishi said this would be the year for Kakashi to shine in the interview at the beginning of this fight earlier this year. It's sorta hard to have the writer be wrong about something he himself writes, then again this is the guy who wants to have some emo teenager's sharingan-babies so I guess it's all up in the air still...
