Something has been bothering me about Edo Tensei. Or atleast, what the anime showed of Edo Tensei when Orochimaru showed it. In the anime he summoned the 1st and 2nd. Sarutobi stopped the 3rd casket from being completely summoned, but you could clearly see the symbol for the 4th on the cover of it. Sarutobi then goes on to use a sealing technique on Oro/1st/2nd, which the 4th used on the kyuubi to seal it in Naruto. Sorutobi also explained that using that technique also seals the sealer's soul inside the shinigami's stomach along with whoever it is being used on. So, how did the anime have the 4th being summoned if his soul was sealed away? There is also a big clusterfuck on how the 4th sealed the kyuubi in Naruto using that technique along with the Eight Trigrams Sealing Style.

I always interpreted it as the third casket didn't work because the Yondaime's soul was already unsummonable.

Maybe Yondaime was a sneaky bastard and was able to escape that, as he did leave an imprint within Naruto.

Or maybe Edo Tensei can call back the soul even from the Shinigami?

Ok but back on topic, I'm curious to know how this deal with Kisame will end up. Will he end up capturing Bee? Or will he try, and maybe Raikage steps in to save him and dies in the process?

A long shot I know, but it'd be kind of amusing to see Bee as the next Raikage.

More likely that Naruto will intervene in his effort to find the octopus. Battle ensues, Bee is impressed by Naruto, Naruto is shocked to see someone control their Bijuu so well and (once again) prostrates himself and begs to be trained.

I almost asked why Kabuto didn't summon Hidan as well. Then I remembered he's still alive.
Which kinda sucks because I would have liked to see more of Hidan.
