I was pleased to see Konan get some combat time, I remember when everyone speculated that Akatsuki's lone female must have been uber-tier soloing ten jonin at once (after all, she's Akatsuki, so she must be boss), only to be disappointed by a status as Pain's handmaiden (after getting schooled by Jiraiya), and no brawl time in the manga to make up for it.

Seeing her actually pose a threat to the Shino's clan brought back that hope for her potential.

As much as I wish Tsunade would've tried to kick the shit out of Pein in the scene from last episode, she is still pretty fucking badass with how much healing she's doing and how many lives she saves in this situation.

And I really hope more happens with Hinata and Naruto, it's stupid to not even have any conversation or thoughts/reactions to her attempted sacrifice. They don't need to get together but I sure wish we could hear what Naruto was thinking about it. Though I'm betting that's just a tie in to him telling everyone he's taking Sasuke on his own.

I'm hoping something happens between them, too, but there just hasn't been anytime to settle down to show something like that. After the Pein thing, the whole "Sasuke is a missing-nin now, so he's disposable" happened which pissed Naruto off, and now he's training again. Then there's the war. So yeah, it might be awhile.

Nothing will happen with Hinata no matter how much you want it. The only use for her confession was so there was a reason for Naruto to go 6+tails. Naruto doesn't care he is too busy fawning over Sasuke Sakura Sasuke.

Next couple weeks of anime are going to be good though :D I hope the manga will be too.. the evil Naruto "fight" was such a let-down.

I wouldnt call Kiba the Krillin of Naruto as thats reserved for Lee. Lee and Krillin were both relevant at one point and considered equals to the main character. 1000x power boosts later they dont stand a chance.

Kiba is more the Yamcha of the series since hes never really had the spotlight and... Wolf Fang Fist (*insert howling here*) and Go Akamaru! (*insert barking here*) both sum up how in important these two were to the series.

Yea the shit was hot.. but he didn't put guyliner on though.. that was naturally occurring shit when he went into sage mode. I just hate that some people may think of it as guyliner
