    My guess would be it was disrupting Pain's chakra influence since her eyes can see such things. It might not have gotten Naruto out directly, but it could've been enough to actually let him tap into the Fox's power.

    I personally think the Uzumaki is a direct descendant of the younger brother while the Senju or something close to that. Reason why I find the implanted DNA spoiler is fake is because Orochimaru never show any interest in Naruto, and he only notice him being the 9tails fox host after fighting with him.

    That sounds fake to me. On the last page of 499 she says that she's going to explain what happened during the incident 16 years ago.

    Not only is that spoiler not explaining what happened during the incident, but it's also saying that it takes a whole chapter just to show Orochimaru put the 1st's DNA in her? Lol.

    I'd say it's safe money to say that there's already hentai of Orochimaru putting some DNA in her that's longer than 10 pages.
