I admit I came into this week thinking "Oh, Minato just hit a clone of Madara obviously, not the real one" and he actually hit the real one. Wtf. I knew the 4th was amazing.

Shit's hilarious when the reader is actually surprised that someone landed a legitimate hit against the main villain in a shonen manga. I was like, "Oh shit he actually hit him!!!"

Chapter was fucking awesome, the whole conversation between Minato and Kushina was sad. This is going to be a huge tearjerker when it's animated.

Well that's what can happen when you imagine that every fighter Jounin level or higher has access to A) Kagebunshin (just send your clone in to fight), or B) all-out mastery of Kawarimi (you thought you hit me? Pshh... just a log!).

Its nice to see both techniques aren't completely over-used, although if I was a ninja that cared about staying alive, I'd be using nothing but a combination of all of em.

People apparently forgot how extremely terrible the first part of the Sasuke v Itachi fight was with all the genjutsu. It's ok, I'd forget it too. Thankfully Kishi has been steering away from that and hopefully will never return.
