edit: Spoiler rule is retarded, if it must stay(really shouldn't, there's like what, only one person [Vandole] who really has a problem with it?), then convos pertaining to the chapter should be spoilered for at least a day. Wrong, Naruto has the yang of the 9 tails Chakra. Yin = Bad, Yang = Good. 9 Tails = Hatred, so both halfs are just evil and hateful chakra. So what's the deal with spoilers we have to spoiler all our posts until Friday? I think most people check if a chapter is out when they see the thread getting bumped and it's mid-week or later, at least I know I do. I think I read a spoiler like once and it wasn't even bad it was more like, 'Oh, that's new, guess I'll go read the manga then switch back to this tab.' This really just feels like mods are worried they might get spoiled so they're enforcing this arbitrary rule. When you browse with your keyboard for speed having to click for each spoiler is a bother, too. Basically if you see a the thread bumped, just check if the manga is out on mangastream (ctrl+t, type 'manga', down arrow, enter key), seriously though this whole 'Spoiler everything until Friday' thing is very arbitrary. We don't have a rule like this for Bleach, Anime Thread, Jersey Shore thread, etc, it's just assumed you are not a retard and will read before opening the thread, are we assuming Naruto readers are half-retarded?

Think the point of the chapter was to flesh out Madara's weaknesses. Wasn't a bad way to show it, but it always annoys the hell out of me when a weak character injures the strongest ones. They shoulda just used Danzou to do it.

Vandole, I don't even care about spoiling and not spoiling I just think it's stupid I could possibly be banned for accidentally posting about the chapter. It's not so much the spoilering but the fact that now it's some sort of bannable offense for something that wasn't a problem for past 3 years of this thread but now suddenly is.

I really don't even see the problem with just not reading below the link to the newest chapter until you've actually read it.....

I can understand this sort of logic if some thread was about a movie. I'll just take Inception as an example. That's a good example of using spoilers before/after it comes out, because obviously not everyone is going to go out to the theatre that night and watch it for whatever reason, due to work, no money, other plans etcetcetc. Should everyone stop viewing the Inception thread because you haven't seen it yet? No that's silly, as there's just cause for spoilering shit so nothing gets ruined.

Naruto/Bleach/One Piece on the other hand are things you can read within 5 minutes or less by clicking a few links and buttons. Spoilers don't come out till what, Tuesday/Wednesday? And for the most part, they get spoilered and discussion related to it gets spoilered because gasp, the chapter isn't out yet! We (should) all know that the chapters come out around the same time every week, and guess what happens to all other discussion when it does?

It goes right to that chapter, so why on earth should I have to tip-toe around an internet forum to avoid spoilering something take doesn't take that long to read?

You only reading further past where whatever BG member posts that its up is your own fault.

You can't apply the logic you'd use for a movie thread for something like this at all.

And since it's painfully obvious that someone isn't catching on to this, inconsistency with the infractions is what's pissing people off too. I know I've been infracted once for not spoilering something after the chapter came out, and I've been doing it ever since, rarely spoilering anything afterwards. Haven't seen a single infraction for doing the same shit again. So it shouldn't be a fucking mystery when you come up in here trying to tell other people what to do when you don't even enforce it, and it certainly shouldn't be a mystery as to why you're getting the responses you are getting now.

I'll gladly make a case to the "higher ups" if I need to.

edit: Am I missing something? I honestly don't know of anyone minus Vandole and maybe, maybe one person who has a problem with the way things are now.

Alternatively we could just make a "Real Naruto for Real Men" thread for 99% of the posters in this thread and just in the OP say, fuck this shit you don't have to spoiler after link is posted. That way we can just leave this thread for the 2 or 3 people who want to discuss 3 days after the chapter?

Also... found this gem going through the beginning of this thread which was surprisingly far into Naruto (around Sasuke obsorbing Orochimaru).

Because Bleach has at least produced top notch art for the past few chapters. Overpowered characters with overpowered gimmicks is shitty in any manga, don't know what the fuck your point is here. I called him Madaizen for a reason, what's so hard to understand about not liking a character in Naruto who's essentially turning into a character everyone hated in Bleach for years? The story itself is still worlds above Bleach's incoherent mess.
