Even if it's fodder nin, it's still an entire body to utilize the jutsu. As well, it's a Forbidden Jutsu because it uses a body to be cast, not because it's necessarily ultra-powerful, it's just a taboo thing to do.

And we also know that the zombies aren't at full power, or at least they weren't against the 3rd. I guess it's possible, but I don't think an old 3rd Hokage was stronger than the first alone, much less the 1st, 2nd and Orochimaru.

It was stated the 3rd was the greatest Hokage Konoha has ever produced, "God of Shinobi," was his nickname if I recall. Someone I can't remember at the moment who but I do remember the statement said during his battle with Orochimaru that his present abilities are pathetic or miserable compared to his prime. So we can't really say whether or not the 1st or 2nd were as strong in that fight as they were alive. Time will tell I suppose.

From what we saw of him, he used ice and could move quickly. He could infiltrate places and assassinate nin in the dark. Performing seals with a single hand isn't much to be proud of, as Kishi has either gotten lazy with drawing them or has forgotten about them. Many strong jutsus are cast with maybe one, or no hand signs.

I really liked the stuff about the war getting ready and all the Generals stuff. Other stuff was meh. Hoping for some really good fights, but with this many players there's going to be a crap load of chapters.

Don't remember anyone saying he was the strongest. What's been said is that the 3rd was a guru of jutsu in that he had an extensive knowledge of them, knowing almost all jutsu IIRC. That doesn't necessarily mean he was the strongest Hokage (perfect example being Naruto, who is insanely strong bad knows only a small amount of actual jutsu).

If you can't see how Itachi and Nagato possibly having their dojutsu's after being resurrected is a plot-hole then there's nothing left to say. Why not just endlessly resurrect them to mass produce their eyes instead of messing around with silly shit like resurrecting lolHaku. I love Naruto but just as in anything anyone likes, they'll point out the flaws.

The "body" resurrected from Edo-Tensei is comprised of ash and dust. Anything removed from it will just turn back into ash and dust, just like the entire body does once the soul is removed. Really, you complain and complain but you just don't know what the hell you're talking about.

I'd imagine it takes a fair amount of chakra, but once the technique has been performed you can summon the coffin whenever. He likely did the technique multiple times over a period of time and just summoned the coffins altogether right now.

Why do people keep thinking a specific person's body is needed to be resurrected?
The only restrictions is that they can't be alive and their soul can't be sealed. Something Kisame never had done to his.

Just seems like a plot hole to me. reviving some of those weaker people instead of someone like Kisame and Jaraiya. Maybe Jaraiya's still alive, hiding in secret so he can uncover how to defeat Madara.

Zabuza was a well known nin, and Haku was his like right hand guy/girl-wanna-be. Plus I'm sure they keep records of what transpires on missions and shit and Kabuto infiltrated Konoha during the exams at the very least 10 times before he outted himself during the Chunnin exam that Naruto participated in, making it likely that they'd at least be somewhat aware of what sasuke has been up to.

Of course, none of it can ever be confirmed. Sigh...this manga has fallen so far...

I think a simpler explanation is that Orochimaru heard about Zabuza from Madara while he was in Akatsuki and Madara was posing as the Kaze of Zabuza's village. Still, it's dumb to include them.
