I saw some of my friend watching the anime, it was like some animal ninja shit, then I got like this weird feeling of disgust and pity to anyone who actually watches this shit on a religious basis.

The actual manga/anime is fine and actually pretty good at the moment. You probably saw filler.

I read the manga, never really bothered watching the anime. I prefer seasonal 12-24 episode seasons than following 100+ series when most of it is filled with fillers and/or korean frames

I figured it was because the swords were 'alive' like Kisame's sword. If they all feed off of chakra like that one, maybe their chakra gets into the person and changes their physical features? I dunno.

Not the case at all; the swordsman Sasuke recruited (don't remember the name) had shark-teeth before he acquired the sword.

so... My question is, why does that 1 guy have a scroll to summon all those swords, but the 3 are missing.
I know why the 3 are missing, but why are they missing and not the others, or why are the other 3 not included? I'm really having trouble dictating what I'm thinking about the swords here...
Is the only choice we have to believe in that only shark girl, Zabuza and Suigutsu's brother didn't have their swords sealed away? and why did the other 4 seal away their swords instead of passing them down to other people? Did they know that they would die and then years later would get resurrected from the dead and need their swords again?

Actually only one sword is missing and that's Suikazan Fuguki's/Kisame's sword. Zabuza clearly already has his sword and five more were summoned for the other four. Suigutsu's brother doesn't really have a sword, at least from my understanding, because he was suppose replace Zabuza when he died and get his sword but was considered one of the original because he mastered all seven of the swords.

Oh and I don't think that the other four swordsmen had their swords sealed away or anything. KabutOchimaru probably just stole their swords like he did with Zabuza's from where ever they were and sealed em away himself so he could use them when he summoned the swordsmen.

yeah, but Zabuza had his sword prior to this, so it couldn't have been sealed away. (and there were 3 missing from the scroll, cause they were shaded out btw)
But yeah, it could have been Kabuto, but "Orochimaru/Kabuto did it" seems to be the "a wizard did it" excuse whenever something convenient needs to happen.
