That, and it followed three interesting and moderately threatening object names. It's kind of like Captain Planet, when all those little diverse Reading Rainbow-type mother fuckers come together and create tornadoes and shoot fire and shit, and oh here comes Mati with the crippling power of pale red circles drifting lazily towards a nearby iguana. It just doesn't fit.

I don't mind it so much, it's not as boring as Bleach because it's going at a better pace and they're using guys that came from the past, so you get a bit of the background with these fights. Bleach fights just had characters that didn't matter and wouldn't matter in a few chapters. At least we get some interesting information about past kage's and politics and tailed beasts, etc.

I dunno, liked that it shed light on the guys that took down the second Hokage, honestly. I was really getting into the chapter when it suddenly ended, which saddened me. I'm enjoying seeing Darui's abilities.

If Naruto fought these two and killed them wouldn't he reabsorb the nine tails chakra and get another power boost? An they kinda left it open that anyone with a huge amount of chakra can wield those weapons. So maybe Killerbee and naruto take them for their own.

Oh lawd. Sasuke just showed up for the first time in Shippuden. I hate him already. Emo-douche. From what I saw in Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, I'll hate him even more down the road.

Question though. Why did Shippuden start so strange? Was it a dream? Or a preview of a later episode or something? Where they're running through what I think is Oriochimaru's hideout looking presumably for Sasuke, and then he's standing on a ledge above them with Sai.

Also, I have a filler list for Shippuden. Is this accurate?

and idk about filler episodes. I've only watched shippuden for select fights. Almost all of which they destroyed with filler garbage intermingled with every single fight.

Chapter was kind of lame, looking forward to the following events after this is over. Kishi is starting to fall back into his own Kubo syndrome with characters no one cares about along with powers/weapons that are nothing more than obvious plot devices. As for whoever said it, I doubt Susanoo's Sword is the fifth weapon. I vaguely remember Orochimaru mentioning something like Susanoo's sword and it's Yata Mirror shield were two pieces that belonged to a three piece set, someone correct me if I'm wrong. Kishi seems to love leaving out one or two pieces of any given set of something either way lol.

It's not that I believe Susanoo's sword is the fifth weapon, but drawing from what Uzor suggested of it being something we've seen, it seemed like it could fit. A weapon that can't be wielded by a human (it's ethereal or something) and had sealing properties similar to what the two brothers are using. I think the mirror/shield is one of three of a set with the sword not mentioned in a set.
