That was a solid chapter. Each page I was unsure which way they'd go about it. I totally expected Iruka to pull out the "You want to be Hokage? Then get used to people fighting to defend you!" card though. However, Naruto's goals are bigger than Hokage now, so I guess that wouldn't have stuck. I hope he gets to a battle next chapter.

GARuto is back and he's ready to kick some ass.

This chapter did something I wanted to see for a while--that he could still find a use out of Sage Mode.

I was worried that it would get completely left in the background because of the Nine Tails power mode. Thank god it's not.

Awesome chapter.

I am so glad Kishimoto hasn't left sennin mode by the wayside. And Naruto's using it for more than just hitting harder, this pleases me.

That was an awesome chapter.

On the head band, just because he could feel their presence doesn't mean he can actually see their head bands. Feeling the chakra doesn't suddenly give him true sight.

I'm pretty sure he was talking about Iruka and the other guard's headbands. They were all wearing the generic ninja one.

It's nice that Naruto is running off to combat and everything but has he thought of how he's getting of the turtle that's in the middle of the ocean? Last time I checked he wasn't exactly a steamboat skipper...

By the way, I agree that this has a huge chance of playing out very Star Warsy.

Well, he did inherit his father's teleportation jutsu... I don't think getting off the island will be very hard.

Which would open up some interesting strategies. Make a huge ball of energy of your choice and teleport straight in to the enemy.

Anyway we saw that Naruto was able to switch to SM as easy as pie when talking to Iruka

But will he be able to switch asap in battle flow or will he still have clones hiding!

Didn't he use it to attack Shark dude (can't remember his name shame on me). He sprained his leg and got stuck in a wall cause of it >_>

And if he doesn't, all he has to do is summon a frog and swim across wherever the fuck he is to his destination. It's hardly a giant problem for him (He can run on water at whatever mph his SM top speed is).

The attack against Kisame wasn't descibed as a specific techniquue moreso surprising the hell outta Kisame with a fast punch.
