I'm thinking that was only during his training phase with the Bijuu mode. More than likely he's overcome that deficiency.

The kyubii has the option to drain naruto of all his chakra or not when hes in that mode but naruto pretty much told the fox not to fuck with him in ending the war. So I think it's safe to assume naruto just doesn't care at this point, he's just trying to end a war.

It'll only kill him if Kyuubi wants to be dead as well, or simply wants to spite the shit out of Naruto. Even the Kyuubi was stunned into silence by Naruto's legendary thick-headedness/non-bullshit approach to communication. The Kyuubi is not only held back in check from Naruto's willpower and the seal, but he also has no intention of interfering in the battle (as far as we know). He seemed pretty content just to sit back in his cage and think things over.

If you really want to think about it, Kyuubi should know about as much about Madara as Naruto does. If he does, then he also knows that Madara intends to use him, just like he wants to use everyone else. We have no idea what Madara intends to do with the Bijuu once he has them all; is he going to kill them? Fuse their personalities and souls together? Perhaps Kyuubi now feels that Naruto is not only his best chance at staying alive, but remaining himself.

Plus, if you're a hardcore asshole, you never want to have to take orders from a BIGGER asshole, and Madara certainly fits that bill.

What ep is the sauce vs. Kakashi fight in? ....Or the Raikage vs. Sauce fight, since I kinda wanna see that.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Bee or someone warn Naruto not to use Kage-Bunshin when he's in 9 tails mode?
