I'm a little confused here by a few things:

What was that line Itachi gave about "Discounting Hashirama Senju's chakra" or whatever?

Also, I get that the original idea behind the Mangecrow was to have it look at Sasuke and make him Konoha's bitch again, but Itachi used the crowjutsu to dispel Kabutomaru's control, right? And said ability of Shisui's genjutsu is only able to be activated every 10 years so..now it's gone?

Also, is it me, or do Shisui and Itachi have the same Mangekyo pattern? Up until now, they'd all been a little different.

And wow, Danzou's an ass -- I thought he'd taken the eye from Shisui's corpse. Ouch.

I think the only thing that confused me about this chapter is that Shisui has a mangekyo, and apparently everyone knew about it, considering his power was so famous. But hasn't it been said 46784676234789x that Itachi and Sasuke were the only ones to getit (besides Kakashi) since Madara and his brother?

The whole 10 years thing was an excuse for Bee's question of "why the fuck didn't you just geass the little prick when you were fighting him?". Hashirama Senju's chakra seem to be some sort of battery if Danzo's Sharingarm was any indication, so Itachi's just saying barring some infusion of his chakra/DNA/semen, that eyes gonna lies dormant for a while.

The way I read it, Itachi didn't do anything. The crow activated on its own against Itachi accidentally as it was meant to be used on Sauske. As I understand it, it's not gone but it will take 10 years for the mangekyo to be able to be used again.
Itachi's and Shisui's patterns are different. While looking similar to each other in general, Itachi has 3 lines from the center while Shisui has 4.

He used Shinra Tensei to repel the Amaterasu fire.

Though the explanation of the Crowjob was actually acceptable, since he laid it down to geass Sauce into protecting Konoha, with his eyes as the trigger, which Sauce would need if he wanted the ultimate magenkyou power to lay waste on Konoha.

But seriously, the crow reacting to Edo Tensei Itachi's sharingan...does this mean Kabuto can just harvest the zombies for various body part and make an ultimate Frankenstein Ninja?

Deva Path to repel the flames away from his body and then Preta Path to absorb chakra from Bee, restoring his strength, hair color, etc. Human Path can read minds and I guess steal souls or some weird shit, so wonder what's gonna happen to Naruto.

Yeah kinda lame that itachi just mangekyos out of everything. The mystery of the crow was rather cool, but major plot hole now is kabuto should be able dispel the tensei jutsu since itachi is just technically under a genjutsu.

Although they haven't explained how Madara's eye transplants work with Edo Tensei'd ninja, it seems to me that removed parts of Edo Tensei'd ninja should just disintegrate and reform on the person's body. So, harvesting shouldn't be possible. I'm not sure how the crow relates to bringing up that issue though. Itachi's original eyes exist and Edo Tensei resurrected Itachi with his bloodline abilities etc.
