I ended up watching the OP because of Arus' comment as well, and I concur, big WTF at the new OP. Considering that they're started a big giant fucking war soon, it seemed really... happy? And no Kushina or Kyuubi mode or anything of the sort was a disappointment. But Evil Naruto hug was kind of funny, lol

Still wondering why the fuck people are flying like this is DBZ, why people are dancing during a world war arc, why Tenten still gets to act like she does anything (Sakura gets a pass for being the love interest) and how this managed to get greenlit without Sasuke getting a panel.
Well at least the puppet Akatsuki was amusing.
Edit: Well, some people are saying the upbeat opening is meant to brighten the Japanese who have had a pretty trying time since the earthquake/nuclear disaster. I'll buy that, it is pretty upbeat and catchy.

and somehow this opening still manages to be the best one since the Pain Invasion arc (opening 7). I should also correct myself since opening 10 isn't for the world war arc moreso the kyuubi control and whatever filler they have in store.

Don't forget the triple person jitsu. But that was kinda cool... though it just ended up being Kamehameha with SSJ2 lightning.
