The Zetsu army could have handled most of the fodder ninja easily but Tobis plan was more of a direct assault on Bee/Naruto than anything else till this Edo spam. Distract the armies with Zetsus, seal hachibi/kyubi, moons eye, checkmate.

All this new shit just makes Orochimaru that much more awesome, even if he had a homo-erotic obsession with Sharingans. He did it FOR SCIENCE.

Next week im hoping for Tobi and Sasuke to show up, we get the big reveal and yet another emo breakdown when Sauce meets the 'real' Madara. Still putting my money on Tobi being some bastard Zetsu clone from Madara cells.

P.S - Kishi, what the fuck man - Byakugan, do you remember it?

I remember when the sharingan was supposedly a mutation off-spring of the byakugan, with the byakugan being prized so much that other villages risked full scale war with secretly invading Konoha in order to kill and take a body from the Hyuga family.

Byakugan is better than normal sharingan right? Sharingan didnt really pull ahead till Mangekyo. And anyone with Mangekyo leaves the village or dies pretty quickly lol.

Well, Byakugan was from the "prominent noble house" of Konoha, they would talk it up and think highly of it because of its political position.

I really like the fact that Kabuto respected Madara enough to talk to him directly, as if he's his own person, even though he still pulls the strings. It's like "I'm running shit, but yous a boss, so I'ma let you have it, nigga." I wouldn't be surprised if Madara has a way to break through the Edo Tensei, like Itachi.

To my knowledge, this was never proven either way. Edo'd bodies don't make sense to me (I already wrote a longass thing about it a long time ago and don't feel like finding it), but the new paths of pain definitely LOOK like they were edo'd.

I think they (the writer(s)) pretty much just threw away the idea of the Sharingan being a mutation of the Byakugan.

They're both good for different things.

Byakugan's got chakra perception and control the way Sharingan doesn't, what with the ability to perceive tenketsu and chakra circuits. Being able to perceive and manipulate their own chakra or a targets should, in theory, make them go-to medical shinobi. The Byakugan itself is a great reconnaissance/surveillance tool, what with the 360 degree/see-through/telescopic vision... on top of the chakra perception.

Sharingan's like a multipurpose espionage tool, though. Genjutsu, anti-genjutsu, limited chakra perception, copycat abilities... Michael Weston's dream. And that's before Mangekyo basically packs tactical nukes into their eyes.

Sasuke vowed to off anyone that had a hand in the Uchiha massacre, and Tobi openly admitted to assisting Itachi in the genocide. There's no way he's just gonna let that slide.

I thought Hashirama looked kinda boring in a way, but cosign on the rest of the previous generation of ninjas looking better. Badass coats and armor galore.

Also whatever happened to the other Hyugas? Hinata's dad, and Hinata's half pint sister that had more talent than her? I know they were "off training" when Pain attacked.

Oh well, BRB, reading chapter again. Yes, it's that good to me.

Maximum Trolljutsu the last two chapters, I approve. Though Madara being Kabuto's secret weapon is a bit eh; the trolljutsu from sasuke and maskdara will lack impact now.

I thought that the 3rd tomoe in Tobidaras mask was going to be for a Byagukan... but yeah, just me and my delusions.

Kabuto is due to be stabbed in the back sometime in this series too. He's gotten away with pulling off the greatest troll in all the ninja world without any repercussion and to think this guy was a mere sidekick during part I.

Thinking possible epic showdown between Itachi and Kabuto. During the battle, we will likely see the emergence of Orochimaru, yet again. Itachi narrowly defeats Kabutorochimaru and falls at the hands of Tobi/Madara sparking Sauce to go apeshit. See y'all in 60 chapters. >.>;;
