You assume that Itachi knew for certain that Tobi is Madara. Tobi possesses the Sharingan and Itachi set up Amaterasu to respond to that particular Sharingan. Who that Sharingan belongs to is as of yet still a mystery. Inb4 it's Itachi's and Sasuke's dad.

Just started watching the anime at the point where Sasuke is fighting Danzo and it just seems odd that as Tobi is sitting and watching, the wind around is making his right arm sleeve just float around while his left one is resting on himself with a clear definition of an arm.

Besides the obvious age issue when the 9-tails attacked, what motive would Obito even have to impersonate Madara, help to slaughter the Uchiha clan, and declare war on the ninja world? The guy was friendly as hell with his whole team, willingly sacrificed his life to save his friends, and gave his sharingan to Kakashi.

Nonsensical shit is not possible. And Naruto usually makes sense after some months/years on a particular plot point. Don't try to lump Naruto with the direction of something sub-random like Bleach or out of this world constant shark-jumping like DBZ.
