Why does fake madara have 1 sharingan and 1 rinnegan if sharingan < m sharingan < EMS < rinnegan?
Shouldn't he have opted for both eyes to be rinneganes if it's a flat upgrade? >.> Unless the sharingan he has hasn't upgraded itself to a rinnegan and its ability is hax0rz? Idk, that last panel with madara + fake madara just jumped out at me

The whole "why does Tobi need the two different eyes if the rinnegan is just a naturally advanced stage of the sharingan?" is pretty questionable. I'm guessing it has something to do with him wanting the ability to spam Izanagi.

I guess we're left to assume one or two rinnegan eyes makes no difference if you have access to all the abilities either way. Thats why I think he's keeping a sharingan for Izanagi since he's basically got a plethora of those eyes to blow through.
