New chapter is all sorts of wow. I figured the original KM was to counter Sasuke's EMS. How Sasuke will counter this is beyond me.

I agree. It's becoming more of a mode for intel than for combat, but still good never the less.

I wonder if the two will ever be combined as was implied back when naruto was taking on nagato and his eyes had those crosses in them. It seems his powerups are already fairly overkill (although this one's pretty awesome), I don't know if that's really necessary.

I could see Sasuke having to get a Rinnegan to keep up right now, I don't know how he could take naruto on 1v1 at this point otherwise...

Next chapter could be the end of this battle I guess, don't think it would be a bad thing to get a bit more progression of overall plot, it's been going on for a fair few weeks now.

It's going to take the biggest amount of bullshit possible for Sasuke vs Naruto to be a real fight. I really think the biggest thing will be Madara or someone tearing Naruto down and Sasuke coming in to finish...someone...off. One thing is pretty certain, Naruto is too fucking strong for this to not be the final arc, rofl.

Well, he could always do a Bleach-esque cop out. Make Tobi extract the 9-tails out of Naruto.

So much fucking win. From Kakashi talking about using Kamui to wipe out the bijuu's, to Guy threatening to open the Eighth gate, to Naruto literally being in beast mode...chapter was too much win. It's gonna have to be the last arc, gonna be hard for Kishi to top the zombie apocalypse led by Tobidara, Zombie Madara, and Kabutchimaru.

Bleach at least had the Soul King and Zero Squad fodder to fall back on after Aizen.

As far as the Sauce countering it, it was stated in the chapter that he can't keep the mode up for quite as long.. so it'll be a question of how much time he has to perfect this form like he did Sage Mode.

..But yeah, the Sauce is likely going to get the Rinnegan. I just hope him getting it involves him double crossing Tobidara or Kabutomaru in an awesome way.

This Naruto may end, but part 3 with Naruto as Hokage would start up. You got to realize the manga publishing industry is hurting bad, and Naruto is one of it's surefire sellers.

As much as I don't care for the whole kyuubi bffs thing I gotta admit the action and new look are pretty cool. After reading this chapter though I can only think of the rage the Sasuke haters are going to have because of the substantial power-up Sasuke is going to need and potentially get to make Naruto vs. Sasuke a fight of any value.

Honestly, I don't want a part 3. Just end the series on top and let it stay there as a staple of shonen. Yes, DBZ was still popular way past it's prime but lets not do that to Naruto.
