This is going to be some pretty terrible news to some of you...

Officially there was not suppose to be any WSJ last week due to the double issue skip but this week's issue came out early somehow and was posted last week. Therefore there is no WSJ this week.

And since this week's issue was also a double issue, there will be no WSJ also NEXT week as well. So if everything is back on schedule, there probably won't be any WSJ until Jan 18th or so.

Yep, so no Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Eyeshield, DGM, Reborn, etc until the 18th

Well since there are no episodes for either naruto or bleach coming until next week we'll just have to wait and see. Although after reading their news posting about it they sound pretty sincere about it.

Can't say I'd trust the sincerity of a group that posts at least one troll a month.

While I can understand their frustration about the whole YouTube thing, they could just as easily do their work without stamping Dattebayo on it. People would still appreciate their efforts and download, but I imagine it'd be a lot harder for any legal entity to go after a nameless distributor of torrents without all the firepower of legal paperwork to start dissecting ISP logs.

The general consensus is that it was a big joke. People deemed it too setup, having the post the same week as the week break from new anime episodes. It was just posted to freak out people who didn't realize the anime wasn't going to be airing. Albeit, this is just theory from the masses, so I could be completely wrong. But I wouldn't take it seriously. Plus, Naruto/Bleach being so big, some other fansubber would probably jump on it pretty quick if DB stopped.

Oh, I guess thats true. Who knows, we'll find out this week I suppose. Even if they do stop, well, I'm not too worried. I stopped watching the Bleach anime sooooo long ago, and again, some other fansubber would probably pick up Naruto anyway
