last time she used this she got old fast and nearly died due to the effects of her high speed regeneration (since isn't not regeneration its life reducing cell enhancement)

I think it wore her out so whatever technique she was using to make herself look younger wore out and she went back to being the wrinkle-bag she really is. If she dies we might see what she actually looks like, at least.

She did nearly die though so maybe she won't be able to recover from this, who knows.

We haven't seen this stripe shit on Tsunade's body before, this is new, why are people acting like they know how it works?

Also Itachi won't fight Kabuto because his objective, which he is compelled to follow, involves ending the edo tensei. With the news Kabuto gave us he has to assume killing Kabuto is now out of the question. Most likely Itachi will be forced to do something on Kabuto's behalf in exchange for ending the edo tensei, at least that seems the most fitting solution to Kabutos problem. Maybe a 'give me Sasuke's body' in exchange for the technique being dispelled.

^ Because it could easily be viewed as simply a more potent or "pure" form of the one on her head from before? Fighting Madara for the sake of the entire world is far different from trying to stop a busted-ass Oro from getting his arms back, while severely weakened because of a blood phobia. It's also different from trying to pour chakra outward to heal masses of people at once because its entirely focused inward on her this time around.

two questions plague this idea;
Why would Kabuto dispel the technique for any reason
And why would Itachi believe any promise Kabuto makes him?

Kabuto told Madara how to stop it, and I believe Itachi can do the exact same thing.

However it is possible that Kabuto (Orochimaru) could be waiting for a sharingan user to try and take control of his body so he can reverse it and take control of a sharingan user.

They should just kill Kabuto anyway. I honestly don't think he has any intention of releasing his Edo Tensei. Remember how Piccolo kill Babidi? It's pretty much the same deal.

well we already know how its stopped, genjutsu the user and have them make the seals to dispel it but i doubt that itachi knows the seals to make him dispel it so until he finds that out it'll be a 3 way brawl

I think he'll become the next sage/hermit and just travel. I don't think becoming Hokage is as important to him as it used to be because now he is recognized by everyone, as before, he wasn't.

Possibility of him being Sage/Hermite plus Hokage of all the Nations. Would still let him travel all over the world plus he could handle any disputes throughout all the countries. If he needs to get to a country quick he is the fucking Hokage.

Also i don't remember ht panel in the manga but irrc when he fought Konan in the manga she didn't blew up all of the upper part of the mask.

Now before he has rinegaan we saw he had 2 Sharingan

So unless he got an eye somewhere it's not obitoooo!!!!
