I know this is not Square/Enix or Capcom, but the greatest trolling in terms of Anime would be the 2nd season of Haruhi. Repeating the same episode 8 times has to be a monumental feat.

Despite the lack of story progress, it was actually a pretty nice chapter. Itachi & Sasuke vs Kabutomaru should be fun as we actually get to see the stupidly hyped Kabutomaru fight someone other then Naruto from how many chapters ago in part 1 of the manga. Tsunade survived too, to no ones surprise, but the 5 5vs1 fights should be fun. And Madara teasing them about whether all his clones should use Susanoo or not was pretty funny.

I also liked how Kishi had to do a quick summary page at the start too. He actually has a few different story-lines going all at once.

I don't even think its the fact that bodies regenerate through edo tensei that makes it so god-like. If it was just that, then an edo tensei opponent would only be like Majin Buu, which is bad enough. Beat em up enough times and it becomes harder and harder to regenerate, and they eventually lose stamina and power. It becomes a (seriously one-sided) war of attrition, but these edo tensei... they never lose chakra. They can permanently fight at peak form - probably higher than peak because they never have to worry about managing chakra or risking blowing even themselves up in cross-fires.

This is really, really bad for the kage. If someone doesn't come up with a "heart of the cards" friendship speech to lock him up, this could be a wrap.

I can honestly foresee Itachi and Sasuke beating Kabutomaru right as Madara is moments from wiping out the Kages, only for the Edo Tensei to be released and the Kages being saved. It seems overly cliche and typical, but at the same time really likely

This is exactly what he should sound like if they ever cover this ep. in Naruto Abridged. "Because FUCK YOU I HAVE TREES!" sounds so much like Kaiba's "Screw the rules, I have money!" quote and I love them both dearly.
