So I randomly decided to catch up on the anime eps so I could see the fourth fight vs tobi and etc. If it wasn't for the fact that the second hokage was dead-summoned and sealed I'd swear that he was Tobi. It just fits so well and would explain everything.

I mean just think about it. He set up the police force, which Tobi says was really just a means of watching over the Uchiha. He was skilled in space-time jutsu. Tobi has never been shown with a mangekyou sharingan but apparently has a rinnegan? Because he's a senju and was able to get the rinnegan by simply having the sharingan. He'd know how to get past the konoha barrier to steal the kyuubi 16 years ago. etc.

Why does it fit so perfectly lol

Tobi took his rinnegan from Nagato. And given the fashion of have a Hashirama chest piece, he's probably given himself the resources to power it.

Took them back from Nagato, meaning he had them already. Although they were probably just Madaras. He's obviously part white zetsu anyway, since you can see how white and goopy his arm and blood are when he get damaged multiple times. I just wish it didn't fit so well lol.

except tobi knew nothing about edo tensai and the 2nd hokage was the one who created edo tensai

my theory to who he is is still the best and continues to hold up!

presumably, he died from wounds sustained during his fight with the First which makes sense, considering he was injured enough to be thought of as dead after the fight.
And he was only half the badass back during his fight with the First than he is now. He only gained the Rinnigen after the fight and he also didn't have the First's DNA implanted in him giving him access to all the goodies that entails.

The raw is out, there is no translation or anything yet though, but the scanlation should be following soon. But just based on the raw, the chapter looks fantastic. I would post the link to the raw, but we're not supposed to do that on here anymore, are we?
