I knew it would come down to Kakashi and his sharingan.
Which means Kakashi is going down shortly
^ probably will be the bringing of SSJ3 naruto too.
inb4 it's Obito using kamui on himself
I wouldn't say you're quick to get in on that one, I think people have been making the connection since Obito=Tobi theories have popped up a few years back. Still, doesn't change the fact that it's increasingly becoming a possibility, between the way he spoke to kakashi and guy last chapter and now the revelation that their abilities share a lot of characteristics.
Although obviously that theory falls down a lot when you consider how old Tobi must be.
Why? We have no clue as to tobis age, and we don't know exactly long ago obito died. Sure, the 4th was alive when it happened, but we don't know how long after obitos death that the attack on konoha happened. Timeline wise, its possible even if unlikely.
Obito died 17 years ago says so in Kakashi gaiden.
Part of Obito's deal was most Uchiha had their sharingan unlocked by the age he was. Correlating to what we know from Naruto and such, ending up in a cell would've put them somewhere between 12-14 with their schooling obviously coming prior. I can't readily recall if Kakashi was at all involved in the Kyuubi incident, but if he was, I'd probably put him between 17-20 at that point. Naruto's now 16, putting Kakashi in the 33-36 range, which should translate to Obito give or take a year. The idea is still hard to keep together between Tobi fighting the 4th and what little of his face we've seen suggesting a guy I would put in the 50s, minimum. Kishi would have a hell of a lot of explaining to do if somehow it winds up being true.
Wasn't Obito crushed to death or something like that? Tobi has to keep fixing his left arm with new ones doesn't he?
pretty sure kakashi was put in a squad at age 7 he was gifted and by age 11 was already a Jonin? been awhile have to look it up again
I will find each and everyone of you, make my pimp hand way strong, and back slap the shit out of all of you for pushing this nonsense unto us.
- He died on a good note with no motivation for revenge, remember this is the same dude helping old ladies with their luggages.
- He was an average shinobi at best.
- He'd have to have been a teenager during the Konoha attacks when he faced Minato when it's heavily insinuated he's a grown ass man. Remember all the adults telling a teenage Kakashi, Guy, Asuma, red eye jounin chick to stay put during the incident?
- What motivation would Obito even have for manipulating the Mizukage causing a brutal rein to it's village? It was Iwagakure that attacked him, Rin and Kakashi.
If anything, I think all the slight clues we've been given so far points to Tobi not even being an Uchiha.
EDIT: And it's more then likely a character we've never even seen.
You're crazy, he has the biggest motivation of all, to bring peace to the ninja wold. He's built himself up as the biggest villain of all time, every one had to come together to defeat him. Forcing such a conflict will bring about a war so terrible that no one will ever want to war again.
So he's trying to bring about his own Zero Requiem?
And he starts that plan off by attacking the very home he loved dearly, trying to kill his former sensei and his family, while hiding his identity to those he wished he could have spent more time with according to his last words?
This shit is silly as hell man. There's absolutely no reason it would be Obito.
While their conversation lately does make it seem like Kakashi and Tobi know eachother, Obito makes no sense timeline wise. Tobi should have already been manipulating the mizukage when Obito died.
It's Madara's brother. You thought he allowed himself to be killed for his eyes? Nah son, that shit never happened. Madara was the one who died back then and Izuna has been calling himself Madara ever since.
