Yes, it does. He was madara for all intents and purposes, and when he talked about himself, he was always talking as if he were madara. Id give examples, but im tired of people forgetting story shit every damn week, just go look at the kage summit, post itachi vs sasuke dialog, etc.

When madara was explaining to obito the plan, he said himself that he as going to host the ten tails and cast the technique. And at the end, he said from that pont forward until he was revived that he was uchiha madara.

Now, I'm on my tablet, but I'll try and at least find the limitations on peins revival technique, since the restrictions we talk about are said in the manga.

Here. Top left panel, from that we infer that he can only revive people he's recently killed. If you go a few pages back known makes a comment tat insinuates that he can even survive the technique, granted he has the chakra for it.

You're going to have to in this case, especially since I haven't forgotten anything. But if I were to ask that of you, I'd also have to as there is no true evidence either way. Obito said he was going to do it, Madara said he was going to do it, Madara said Obito was going to do it and he said both of them were going to do it, all in a single chapter. So since there's not much else to this point but speculation and opinion, I'm fine with just dropping it.

I think this is the page he meant to link, pointing out that Nagato says "There's still time" which implies that eventually too much time can pass for him to bring them back. Who knows for sure what it really means though.

True, it infers there would have been a time in the future where he couldn't have revived them, but that could have meant he knew he wouldn't be alive any longer once Obito found out he betrayed him and would kill him. Or anything else.
If Madara can be revived using the technique then there is obviously a bigger "time limit" then Nagato was insinuating.

Now my theory would be that when people die their souls are brought to that limbo area and that is the only place that technique can bring people back from. So if enough time passed, the person would "move on" and be unable to be resurrected by Pain. This would also explain how Madara could be revived after such a longer period if he knew he would get revived and just didn't move on.

Edo Tensai doesn't seem to give a fuck where the soul is at though as long as it isn't sealed.

That limbo explanation could also get Kishi out of the "Why wasn't Jiraiya revived?" logjam since he had already made his peace and was ready to die whereas Madara was simply biding his time waiting to be brought back through Rinne Tensei.

It'd also explain why Nagato wasn't able to bring back his loved ones or Yahiko since presumably they'd have all moved on to the afterlife.

Only other thing I can add is that madara was the intended host of the 10 tails at all times. I can't link the chapters now, but every instance of us seeing tobi before his obito reveal, he considered himself madara. He always mentioned making the 10 tails to use the moon eye, but that's cause he was pretending to be madara, we know this because of obitos acting tier and madaras reveal of the plan in the recent flashbacks. If you wanna see how good an actor tobi is, go reread the talk between him and sasuke, he retells "his" story, and appears to be emotional during it.

I don't think Kabuto had a Edo Tensei coffin that didn't open. Thus the assumption he meant Oro. Unless dolio means the one that had Obito blocking off who it was in the panel and had him surprised/nervous about it, then it was just the real Madara.

It being Rin could be a possibility, but seeing as how Edo Tensai has been dispelled, I would think if it hasn't come up yet, it wont. And the coffin not showing Madara makes sense as to keep Tobi's real identity a secret a bit longer.
Unless Kabuto comes out of his genjutsu and decides to help stop Obito by resummoning Rin.
Though I also believe Obito would be a whole lot more pissed at Kabuto than he was.
