so kakashi can do phasing now too. Look at page 15 Kakashi is behind Naruto and seems to have gotten through naruto to split the Big-ass shuriken in half with his Raikiri

I thought Obito's whole phasing ability was him using Kamui to send parts of his body to the other dimension which makes people phase through him. I don't quite understand how he can send parts of his body to another dimension without them visibly being gone, but I thought that was the explanation of how his phasing ability worked.

It is, he just phases the part that people are hitting, a split second before they hit. So you can't see anything but the person passing through him. Unless something happened this chapter that contradicts that that I missed.

Yes, he teleported out of the other dimension, but that's not the same thing as phasing.

You're like 1 1/2 times wrong. The artwork in this chapter was fucking fail for having a two week break, otherwise it could very well be 2x wrong. Kakashi was able to phase himself out of Obito's Kamui dimension; that tells us he now has the same, if not a very similar, ability to Obito (this is number 1).

The way it was explained, Obito phases attacks by sending the body part in contact with something else to the other dimension, not by actually becoming immaterial. The artwork was kind of confusing, but it looked as if Kakashi phased through Naruto to use Raikiri to block the Fuuma Shuriken Obito was about to strike Naruto with. Of course, he could have just gone to the side, but who knows since these black lines were all over the place. Even if he didn't, Kakashi should in theory be able to do what Obito can do now. Of course assuming he doesn't pass out from chakra exhaustion, he already looks worn out and Obito is just chillin with his mangekyo and rinnegan.

Apparently Guy is important to this fight, unless the power of friendship prevails again. If Madara can absorb Bijuu chakra with his trees then idk wtf Naruto and Bee can do against the guy.

Kakashi just Kamui'd himself out of Obito's dimension, just like when he Kamui's anything else. I'm also pretty sure he just ran past Naruto at the end, I see no reason to assume he went through him.

could be wrong of course, but thats how im seeing it all atm.

And yeah, Good to see Guy being important. Even though it means he's gonna die soon

Exactly, but at the same time I would be disappointed if madaras weakness was discovered and revealed the same as any other fight, would feel anticlimatic and predictable.

I'm being picky. I don't know what it is I want kishi to do to impress me, but that's his job to figure out lol.

Like I said, he just kamui'd his way out of the dimension. He didn't phase past/through anything like Obito does. I don't see anything suggesting he phased through Naruto to block the attack. He's at Naruto's side, not in front of him. It looks to me more like he ran past Naruto to block the attack.

Sasuke's pretty much the Madara counter. Obito just needs to get taken care of so the whole despair moment can be built up, presumably with Bee biting the bullet beforehand.

And yeah, Sasuke and Orochi are definitely the key to beating Madara.
Also, when is the rest of the army that was otw to Naruto going to show up?
