Man, I never figured that the war would give a game so much amazing stuff to work with. If it's is actually fun to play I might have have to look into it; that trailer was awesome lol.

Also, the seven tails reminds me of some of the dragons from legend of the dragoon.

Either way, those games are probably gold for them now that they have the majority of characters modeled. Just crap out a new one every year or two with a bit more manga plot, some new characters, and possible move adjustments. I'll agree that while this war isn't really suited for manga format, it can work for a game.

I doubt it, especially if it's as profitable as I'm thinking.

That said, if the manga does end in the next year or so, it's not like they can't do spin-offs or original stories. There's seriously a giant fucking cast to work with and flesh out if they get Kishimoto's blessing.

And if they don't get Kishis blessing we'll get Naruto: GT. Win win scenario.

A number of support characters could carry their own series if Kishi wanted though.

Ya I can't imagine they're expensive to make. The engine is built and even if they don't sell that well in NA/EU I bet they sell like crazy over in Japan. There were so many DBZ fighting games and it's basically continuing that legacy.
