I'm at a loss for what they could meaningfully tell them. At best, the 1st could tell them how Madara fights. The rest might've had intel that he wasn't really dead, but beyond that..? I guess I'd rather them join the fight at this point. Getting more time between Minato and Naruto would be welcome, as well as seeing the 4th really fight beyond some flashbacks.

Minito sealed the other half inside himself i believe so the only way that, that half is going anywhere is if he unleashes it. And imo there has been plenty forshadowing that this would happen beginning with Kubuto edoing the previous kages, then Oros reappearance with suigetsu mentioning Oros arms, probably more there if i were to go back and look through the chapters.

Well, they could easily tell Sasuke the history of Konoha and talk him down from destroying it by confirming what his brother said and by giving him closure.

They could also skip town, since one of them knows the seals to Edo Tensei and could undo it on himself and the others.

I wouldn't be surprised if Minato just up and goes "Ha, here's the other half of your chakra back yo" and Naruto gets a gigantic power boost.

The chakra was sealed within the shinigami, not Minato. The chakra was the target of the seal. Minato's life was required for the seal. The seal has been undone. Orochimaru now has his hands and the all 4 Hokage can be edo tensei'd. Do the math.

Didn't we figure that the 9 tails would just regenerate that chakra back that Minato sealed? It is just chakra after all, would make more sense that he just temporarily weakened the 9 tails so he could more easily seal it into naruto. It was never explicitly said that he forever sealed half the 9 tails, and it was never a major plot point. He only mentions that he sealed half the chakra because the 9 tails is too strong to just seal into any one normally (unless you're an Uzumaki with their special chakra and sealing techniques).

Also, what double body swap are we talking about? He was possessed by the Shinigami, he didn't body swap with it. He hasn't body swapped since when his arms were destroyed and he body swapped into that fodder nin's body. And it never took massive preparation to do the body swap, he just has to shove his member down a persons throat and take over the body; he hadn't prepared anything when he fought Sasuke before his death, he just shed his skin and tried to skull fuck Sasuke to no avail.

The only thing I'm confused about is his arms, didn't body swapping fix his arms? All he suffers from now is rapid deterioration of the body he takes over. Don't understand why he cared about getting "his arms back". Only thing that makes sense is the Shinigami seals souls, and the 3rd sealed Orochi's soul arms. But even then, I really thought his arms were back to normal. We don't see much of him until his death, but didn't Orochi use his arms in the Yamato team vs Orochi fight?

edit: I think the thing about Oros arms with the body swap is that while he can actually use them as a normal person would he was still unable to perform jutsus that required handseals

Kishi just undid the only logical limitation that Edo Tensei ever had for shock value and at this point if all the Hokages are back I fucking demand an asspull to bring back Jiraiya for some Sannin vs. Madara action.

Madaras gonna flip his shit when he sees Hashirama is back in town. Perhaps the idea was to give Madara PTSD? Force a suicide to avoid battling Hashirama again? To have a 'Ghost' moment where Hashirama comes up behind Madara to help him finish his Uchiha pottery?

What the fuck is going on in this manga, what the fuck with saccing Zetsus instead instead of actual people and what the fuck Sauce had that many Zetsus inside him and didn't realize shit?

If the Kyuubi's chakra was sealed in Minato, then Orochimaru's arms were sealed in the Third. Orochimaru got his arms back, therefore the Kyuubi should be getting his chakra back.

Most likely the "truth" about everything that happened back in the day in regards to Uchiha vs. Senjuu, and considering Sasuke now has the original 4 hokage, whose knowledge of events stretches back to before the founding of Konoha, I'd say he can learn everything about the truth of that relationship and the truth of the village he needs to.

He'll probably learn something that'll prove that Madara is a traitor, then ride gallantly into battle with at least some of the Kage. Yondi will probably see his son bonded with Kurama, achieve instant peace, and go back to bed. I don't even care about speculating as to the others, as so much crazy shit can go down that my brain can't handle the concepts right now.

Rematch between an immortal, undead super-powered version of Madara and Hashirama with infinite chakra reserves...

The reason he don't get his hands back when body swapping is because the soul gets locked away. In this case, his arms on the soul was locked away, meaning body swapping won't work as body swapping just ransfers his soul over to a new body.
