Sasuke's bitten Karin at least twice to have her Chakra rejuvenate him.

If that's not enough, she'll offer to nurse him and give him Senjuice that way.

Failing that, there is only one other power up that will even the tides. I think we all know what it is without me saying it.

The whole "he only sealed half the kyuubis chakra" came about because he used the sealing technique to stop the 9tails from killing every one, but also wanted to seal it in naruto. It was probably only mentioned cause people would be saying otherwise that the shiningami should have completely sealed the 9 tails instead of the 9 tails being inside naruto.

It's such a miniscule point that has never come up again, don't know why BG keeps bringing it back like it's even a thing. Kishi probably even forgot about it at this point.

At this point though, it's too ambiguous. There's never been any explanation whether or not Kurama regenerated his chakra at all after this. The line about Kurama eventually coming back was if they sealed him back into Kushina and let him die with her, but if that were to happen, then he'd return eventually. There's never actually been any explanation as how being sealed with the Shiki Fujin affected him. So it's really entirely up for debate still, and I'd rather choose to believe that Minato still has half of Kurama's Chakra stored inside of himself.

Edit: It's also half his chakra and not half of Kurama as well that was sealed, it should be pointed out. Meaning that all it is is possibly a giant pool of reserve chakra that could potentially be tapped into, as opposed to having 2 kurama's running around.

Edit2: To elaborate even further, here is Jiraiya explaining how Kurama's chakra was divided in chapter 370 way back when, and 133 chapters before Minato was shown actually doing it





So yes, there is plenty of room for debate still. And whatever conclusions may have come about through earlier discussions can't be proven right or wrong as of yet.

To go EVEN FURTHER into the shit I said a post ago, the rikudou Sennin divided his Yin and Yang chakra into his 2 sons, the oldest getting his Yang chakra and power of eyes or blah blah (Aka, the eventual descendents became the Uchiha) and the youngest son getting his Yin chakra and power of body/spirit (his descendents eventually being the Senju and Uzumaki).

What's interesting about this is that Naruto being Uzumaki would be a descendent of the youngest son with Yin Chakra, but has the Yang chakra of Kurama stored inside of himself. Where as if Sasuke were to get the Yin chakra of Kurama's stored inside of him, he'd have the Yang chakra of the Rikudou sennin's too which would compliment the themes surrounding Naruto and Sasuke being brothers/opposites/etc/etc.

It could also explain why Naruto has a unique appearance as a Jinchuuriki compared to the other 8 when he taps into Kurama's power, but that's just a theory and shouldn't be taken as fact.
