I understand that the latents r broken by a certain amount of points, but how will i know when im done? will there be a symbol or something or will "latent effect" go away or? doing dissector atm

Same as weaponskill latent weapons which I assume you have done.

There is no notification other than increased damage and critical hit rate.

Actually, all the weapon skill latents you can tell quite easily - they have elemental buffs which wear when broken, like +10 earth + 10 ice.

The critical hit % bonus weapons do not have this, and the only way to tell is to compare damage. When I was breaking Senji, I looked to compare it's damage versus a similar damage katana - when I broke the latent, it was pretty easy to tell on a per hit basis when they matched up.

it was easy to know when coffinmaker broke cause my quickdraw damage increased immediately =p

like someone said, equip a weapon with damage rating the same as the low number on the dissector, if they dont match up, then its broken =)

Keep tally marks, it's not hard.

solo ws = 1 point

Level 1 chain: 2 points

Level 2 chain: 3 points

Level 3 chain: 5 points.

You need 500 points.
