Don't you have the option of calling a GM and asking him what you did on POL? Or do they just say "wait til you can log back in, and then we'll tell you."?

i can't even log in.. when I try it gives me an error message that says I'm temporarily suspended.

The new permanent ban shows up as LM-17 i'm sorry to say. It'll even say temporarily suspended too, but it is a permanent ban

Call up support and they'll tell you, but be ready for the worst...

Ya nothing like letting a friend play while you're on the throne, then they think they're a hard ass and flame people till you're banned.

That's why I never taught anyone who came to my house how to play FFXI unless they play MMO's and know the do's and do not's.

This is what I got when I was suspended. Was a stupid reason too.I made a joke about some guy being an idiot for wearing CHR Rings on NIN thinking it effected Provoke and the guy GMs me and poof I got suspended.

Got suspended a second time for making a joke about selling my account in ls chat, and someone Gmd me.
