Can anyone with a M3 lite help me, I found this guide online but it's saying I need to download Firmware updates which I did, now it's saying I should have some System xx.xx folder, which I don't, only a _System_ folder.

Get the loader from the m3 site, copy it to your micro sd and start up your ds. It should auto update it. After updating it remove the file from the sd card and start adding games to your sd card using the game manager.

I could give you more help if you have msn

I went to the second site they recommend for downloading their firmware from, and got v1.02 firmware and the moonshell v1.6. I just copied the folders "_sytem_" "moonshl" and the files "_DS_MENU.DAT" and "_DS_MSHL.NDS". I just copied all that onto my microSD card right? How do I install the moonshell now, is that moonshl folder I copied the same thing as the moonshell 1.6 I downloaded? Or do I need to unzip and copy the folders/files in the moonshell 1.6 zip I downloaded also?

OMG I was searching for Kirby's Squeak Squad or w/e, and this JP only game showed up called:

"Kirby's Magic Paint Brush" ... I laughed really hard

No wonder it wasn't released in NA

I need good DS games to download. I started playing JUS and I'm so confused but it seems like it will be fun once I have the menus memorized.

Uh Super Mario Bros sucks because the controls are so stiff, I feel like I need to get momentum to jump more than like 2 feet, it doesn't feel like the old marios.

Kirby Squeak Squad is kewl mixing items and stuff and then mixing powers and stuff. Good concept to enrich the gameplay. And I got this awesome Power called Cupid that lets me fly around and shoot love arrows

The guitar game is fun but it's harder than I thought it would be lol, it requires alot of hand-finger coordination where you hit L and a directional button or a combination of directions. I can see it being really fun once I get the controls down though.

Overall very happy with this stuff Thanks to all the kewl peeps who made this possible, Milasjdfa, Syn, Julian, Po, ahhh I know I'm forgetting someone, thank you all so much :D

Just a couple things, when I extracted mine the firmware was in a folder called 'English'. If yours was as well just take the files out of there, ites unneccesary. I also made a 'Game' folder so I wouldn't delete the firmware files on accident :[ And congrats on finally getting the card lol.

The Pheonix Wright games, The Castlevanias, Brain Age, Club House Games, Mario Kart, Diddy Kong Racing, Advance Wars, Elite Beat Agents, and Wario Ware are my favorites so far. Meteos is fun but I can only take so much of it before it gets old.

And thanks evilbau, Gridmaster has the things I liked about the Brain Age version and without the annoying zoom in woo.

I have about 15 games downloaded atm, I went through my year and a half of EGM to read through the reviews again, here let me look at what Panella did not mention...
    DQ Heroes: Rocket Slime
    Tetris DS
Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time (rpg)
Nintendogs (stfu, its for my kiddie side)
    Yoshi's Island DS

And I cannot believe you don't like Mario, I think it feels perfect. If you are not holding the turbo button though you are not gonna jump very far lol. By the way regarding this game. If you have a friend with a DS, the single card wireless download play is AMAZING. You have to get a set amount of the big coins while you battle each other, just try it once please. You will love it.

I need some help with Elite Beat Agents. Am I supposed to click when the circle gets around the number, or before it, or what, it is kind of confusing. And what about the finger outside the number that gets closer, little help would be great. Overall though, AWESOME game.

Well they didn't use that name anyway for obvious reasons.

    @ Po
Does Yoshi's Island ever get... um... difficult? I got through about 4 or so stages and it seemed retarded with 0 time limit and it was impossible to lose so I stopped playing and moved on to another game <_<
Having said that, Super Princess Peach is similar-ish and it's not a bad game IMO But I wonder how many people would admit to liking it.

I don't know what's with me, but for some reason all of my 'mario' genre games that I've tried I slide constantly when I stop. Is that new? I swear it wasn't like that back on my old mario nes(last time I've played a mario game). Or am I going bonkers?

Also, is EGM still worth it? I got that magazine ever since I was a little kid but canceled it when I went off to college. Changing addresses is a hassle and PO box seems to suck for most things. Not to mention I swear there's some dude in the post office that makes it his personal mission to rip up every magazine that goes through there -_-

I'll tackle all of that in reverse
EGM - I think it is worth it, it is the most unbiased, objective magazine out there for game reviews and features. As far as addresses go. Check http://www.zinio.com ... You can get all the magazines digital on your computer which is how I viewed all of them to download the games I did.

Mario - I have not noticed any sliding? It plays like it always did to me, but at the same time maybe I just haven't noticed. Also it wouldn't make sense to slide to a stop would it? Because then you could slide right into a pit?

Yoshi's Island - Haven't played it yet, just been downloading games like crazy, very addicting lmao

Any word on my questions in EBA?

edit - What's the best place for GBA roms?

Hmm, not really sure how to explain it but I just feel like I slide a little bit in the direction i was going when I land after I jump while I'm moving. It does it on yoshi's island and super princess peach as well. Only games I ever experience it on.

As for EBA, I haven't quite figured out the difference between Elite Beat and the 50 score but I touch the circle right when the colored circle around it would be right where the little white circle around it currently is, if that makes any sense. I'm not really sure what you mean about the finger, or maybe i'm just not paying attention.

And wow... you can get EGM online...? Well crap I didn't know that haha, time to sign back up then. Awesome, thanks.

    Fuck EBA. Play Ouendan.

    I repeat.

FUCK EBA. PLAY OUENDAN. There is no reason for you to play EBA since you don't have to bear the heavy import cost of Ouendan.

Super Princess Peach > Yoshi Island and NSMB.

hmmm i might get one of these card thingies just a few questions:

    1. Will the game work with WiFi?

    2. (Pokemon-related) Will the clock function work with Diamond/Pearl?
