DS "Must Buy" Games

All he wanted was attention for people to call him out, so he could derail this whole thread into a pointless morality arguement.

Also, I still need my question answered:

GBA DS linkage means you're able to use your gba save files over to your nds games. For example, pokemon emerald over to your pokemon pearl/diamond.

Well yeah, I know that, but does it work if it's loading from a slot2 device isntead of a real gba game?

best example i can use is New Super Mario Bros'. "Mario vs Luigi" which i play with a friend, who doesn't own the game, so he uses download play to "borrow" the game temporarily so he can play

Ah, that's cool, pretty useless for me though. That new cart all depends on that GBA linking function now, don't think it's worth the money really unless you don't already own one =/

well for the slot 2 device of gba-ds linkage, it works when you're converting the rom over to your slo2 device. It's just mostly adding a part of your gba.sav file over to your ds .dat save file.

As for slot1 ds-gba linkage i don't know how that will work. Not sure whether I explained it well

Just stop justifying it. Just say you steal...don't give reasons why, don't quote sales figures, just own up to it and stop justifying it. Because no matter what, you are stealing, and there's no justification. This thread should be closed, or at least edited to remove the posts showing people how to pirate DS games.

How about you learn to read what he wrote? I don't see anywhere in his post of him quoting sales figures, deny pirating or justifying it. All he's saying is that there's no point in going down morale lane when these kind of stuff has been debated like since forever.

But my question is this: Is the Gold/Silver version generation covered in any GBA pac? Cuz I was hoping to be able to transfer gold and silver version pokemon to my diamond/pearl version.

FireRed/LeafGreen has some of the Gold/Silver 'mon (like dunsparce and others)

FireRed and LeafGreen are pretty much like remakes of Blue and Red with all the game mecanhics of G/S, R/S built into it along with some of the pokemon from those gerenations as well.

cant do anything with your G/S game pak
in total, there's only about 20-50 unique gen2 you can get (excluding evos) in FR/LG/R/S/E, so... afraid not only legendaries you can get are entei, raikou, suicune, and lugia/ho-oh (event) i think
possible to get G/S starters if you cap emerald pokedex but thats fucking gayyyyyyy

you need that gamecube game to get all G/S versions... maybe they'll do a remake of G/S like they did FR/LG
