I have and amp just like this one, got it for $9.99 a long ass time ago for my lady to play her electric violin on... works wonderfully. With a $4 adapter you can use your DS with it. I actually DID use it with M-06 Guitar Sim (the japanese version of Jam Session) and it worked flawlessly...

I can see absolutely no reason to pay $40 mmore for a $10-$15 Mini Amp. Who knows, maybe the amp included is much much better than mine, but ... $40 better??

so, i shouldn't get this when stores get ahold of it over here? i estimate it'll be about 70~USD in korea, jam sessions is a game i'm extremely looking foward to (i'd have spammed plato if i could read jp lol), and the amp stuff/extra blahblah seemed nice for when i random with friends at school lol

Well to be 100% honest... i can't find DEFINITIVE details as far as what actual Amp is included. It is unlikely yet possible that it could be a $40 mini-amp, but... when you (any music stores nearby?) can find a mini-amp for much much less... well, yeah. It is up to you.

The Amp in the Performance Bundle is from First Act, which i admittedly don't know much of first hand. I DO know that there are tons of Mini Amps out there ranging from $9.99 ~ 159.99 so it is all about what you are willing to pay.

Maybe there will be a bit more info about the First Act Amp out there closer to release?
