Sanction and Signet Duration

Anyone know how long sanction and signet last in respect to rank and Assault rank? I.E. your rank increases how long it lasts but how long is the base and how much does each rank increases the duration of it. Also how much is the penalty for losing the AC

I believe I read once that sanction starts at 3 hours, and increases by 30 min each time you go up in rank. This feels right to me, though I've never timed it to verify. Also I think you just lose a couple hours off your duration when your server loses the AC.

I think signet is your rank + your nation's standing in the conquest (e.g. rank 8 + 2nd place = 10 hours).
