From what I understand... You can download the song as long as you own it and are not planning on selling it for profit.

Now since nobody can 'see' my CD Collection (Which is rather quite large) I'll just 'say' I own that CD and Download the song.

I heard about this the other day and I still don't care. I had XM for about a month and thought it was terrible so I brought it back to the store and got my money back.

My mom has sirius right now, just to listen to Howard Stern. He's amazing, I really enjoy his talk show, but I wouldn't bother buying satellite radio just for one station.

I'm with the kids who are talking about their iPods. I love mine.

I have Sirius, and love it. The Howard Stern stations are pure comedic gold. It keeps me entertained at work all day. I highly reccomend it.

I don't have satellite so I usually end up listening to O&A, but I used to listen to Howard. Gonna have to say Howard is better- but soley because he can do a damn good interview. O&A are really really bad at interviewing people. The rest of the show for both is pretty much the same stupid shit :D The local guys I listen to the other half of the time do shitty interviews too.

wow... radio, lol. I haven't listened to the radio on a regular basis since 1999 when I got my first car with a CD player. I might tune in if it was free and had stuff like Stern on with no ads, no censorship, and no more equipment needed than your average car radio. Otherwise, no thx. Sometimes I actually drive in silence, can you believe that?

Contrary to popular belief, there is more than music on the radio. News / current events / talk are nice if you're driving across the middle of the earth (kansas). I also appreciate the convenience of having multiple channels to hear new/different music on.

I love Sirius, I still use my iPod in my car alot. If you consider $7/mo the same as pissing money away, I hope you've NEVER eaten fast food in your life, since you could buy/steal food from the store and bring it in brown sacks while you travel.

I don't think it will get approval, most stories have stated that regulations need to be rewritten for this to even go through.

If it does though, I think you'll be a very happy stockholder.
