31-40 Grinding
Ok, so I've been grinding out the last few levels (24-31) in Paraman Rift and frankly I'm getting bored of it. Any suggestions at these levels before I can start raping Feywood?

I think you could go to that jungle place and go to the southermost area there, kill everything, then bones start popping. It was almost a mini form of Nabreus Deadlands skelly place. Was decent XP.

There's no reason to grind xp. If you need gil, that's one thing, but you could have gone to the Stilshrine at ~25 and been fine.

Ummm what I did was I sort of paused on the story line as I went through the jungle area... (I've gotten Larsa in my PT, he uses free potions on your party.) So I just dropped all healing gambits and let him take care of it. Eventually you can get up to the level in the jungle where you can fight the glowing wolves, I forget their names. It took me to 40ish. I went into the Feywood with Larsa I think before I finally let him out of the PT with the storyline. Anyways it saves some money/time I guess. Like said above, there's not really a lot of point to it, but if that's what you want to do, go for it. (& on a side note; when your PT is level 50ish head out to Cerobi Steppe with 3 deathbringers and just beat on the Wyrms and Turtles there.. the add: KO usually kills them before you do [they've got 50-60k hp/wyrm and 20-30k hp/turtle and 3.5k xp/wyrm & 1.5k? xp/turtle. Double exp accessories on the party makes for good grinding.)

wait till you're like 35-36 before leaving it alone overnight though. i'm sure you have some good weapons as they are a joke to obtain even early on
once you're higher, about the best exp/money you can grind on the mirror knight birds for the best exp/money ingame. (i forget where they are exactly, i havent played in awhile)

^ I attempted that too but I could never get Neggy to pop for me. :/
-
honestly i've done it once, i tryed just killing the stuff in the area like the guide said but it wouldn't spawn(in like 2-3 hours) so i just took a 15 minute trip around the whole area and killed everything and he spawned.

I tried doing that too but no luck :/

Grinding was what made me want to stop doing hunts in this game and just concentrate on the main storyline... it takes too long, even if you're only leveling three chars.

If you really want to pop Negalmuur, go chain the Oilings in the secret stairway (it's on the right wall as you walk through from the entrance of the T-shaped room to the giant statue that raises its sword, past the intersection where Neg pops). Get to about chain 30 or so (careful, don't break it on the Matriarch Bomb), keep zoning to save point and back to respawn 'em, keep the chain, and sooner or later Neg'll pop.
