How anyone can watch Attack of the Show is beyond me. Its like stabbing yourself in the back. And what the fuck at some of the shows they play on G4.

I dunno but Leo Laporte was the best thing about the network. Him and Kevin Rose made for some great television. As a matter of fact, I think the only good episodes of Attack of the Show were back when Kevin Rose co-hosted (i.e. the first episode Perrera hosted and Kevin spit in his face). It's just really gone downhill since Sarah got married and Kevin left.

Man, think about... Tech TV was so awesome. I mean there was a new Screen Savers 5 days a week right?

Problem was just that after TSS was done it was 18 hours of that new technology show just looped over and over and over. What they should have done is got together with the science channel (or any other discovery network) and try to work up a deal, probably would still be around now. Instead they went to G4 which was already a pile of trash when TSS was ported over.

TechTv used to be one of my favorite channels. Screen Savers, Xtended Play (No, NOT Xplay. Before they hired on Morgan Manjaw to be eyecandy), Unscrewed, Future Fighting Machines, Call for Help, and all those other shows. Man, that's when I used to actually watch TV. Then my cable company mixed up the channels so that TechTV ended up in a set of channels I had to pay extra for and I couldn't afford. A month later MTV- er.... G4 bought it. Now I just play video games and read every day to pass the time between work and school.

G4 attacked Techtv like the angry fist of god.

When I first heard they were merging I was like "Oh cool I can watch some new shows about games and other shows about technology"

Boy was I fucking wrong, Instead of a merger G4 completely took over Techtv and layed off an insane amount of people that worked for Techtv.

I fucking loved Call for Help, when I watched that show at the end of it I fucking learned how shit work. Or what this program did or what that program did. I came out of the show feeling great because I could share this information with family and friends ( not to mention Leo Laporte was completely fucking amazing )

But now I turn to G4 expecting to see something educational and instead I see two complete fucking morons hosting one of the shittiest show ever. Talking about how hot they are. Now I watch eyecandy talk from a cue-card not knowing anything they're saying.

Id rather have Leo Laporte and Patrick Norton host the show then some ditzy bimbo.
