It will bring in more oversexxed pokemon humping furries and emofagfurries then Second Life and Vangaurd combinded. I also have no faith in any massive fan run project putting out anything even remotely worth playing.

There is no "player base" they haven't implemented the actual game yet, right now it's just a test server with whatever 6 pokemon you want and no random encounters in a giant zone.

But soon they are going to add the actual gameplay, it's already in development. Read the site.

Soon as I saw this thread I checked it out and read all of the World Concepts. I'll play this without a doubt, I've been waiting for this since I bought Blue version on my original game boy.

It looks very promising. Plus this could EASILY be dual boxxed while you play something else, which I will certainly be doing.

Honestly being able to join up with the "bad guys" sealed the deal for me. As soon as I get in the game I'm going to be rushing to join Team Rocket. That is so god damned win...

I dunno, so many things like this popped up during Pokemon's more popular years, and I've never seen one I'd consider more than a forgettable amusement. I'm looking more forward to the real Pokemon games anyway, only about 2 months to go. 8)
