hmmm, too bad you couldnt age restrict servers rather then just setup a private one. Have one server for 18+ and the other for 17-. Almost impossible to enforce but its a nice pipe dream.

Be cool for a while I guess, that is, until pearl/diamond comes out. But then again.... I think Pearl/Diamond is probably only going to have a text lobby area for battles/trades kinda like the old msn zone. Hopefully its a little better than that though, like maybe you can walk around with your toon in a pokecenter area and open chat with other people.

Either way, I'm gonna need to catch up on my pokemons since I haven't played any games since gold/silver... theres probably like 500 now

I doubt diamond/pearl will be anything like that, Nintendo is so paranoid and overprotective when it comes to playing online that you're probably only going to be able to battle online against people whom you have friend codes for.

but fuck the Pokemone metagame is so ridiculous, its so much worse than FFXI or anything near it. Basically a rock-paper-scissor game on speed.

If they do change anything with system, two things: Get rid of Double Weaknesses(Water/Flying types being one-shotted by thunder). Make maximum stats even for most or all fully evolved / 1-stage pokemon. It would be nice to play Pokemon without having to use 6 out of the same 18 Pokemon in game.

Maybe less unkillable tanks and 2-shotting would be nice too.

No one of sound mind would debate whether or not Bugs Bunny was a classic cartoon. Likewise, no person of sound mind would compare something they like with something they didn't like, and then hold that opinion as true for everyone else.

It's fine, and your right, to say you don't like Anime. It's also fine to say you think all Anime is stupid. But instead you made a claim that, based on how you worded it, suggested that this was universally true, which it is not. So you leave yourself open to proper ridicule.

It's laughable that you would go so far as to say something you regard as great, and classic, was better than something you thought was dumb, because that is the epitome of obvious.

By all means, call the kettle a kettle. If you think Anime is "stupid shit," then call it stupid shit. But you can't say it in a way that suggests this is the defacto standard belief. You and Koga are arguing different points lol. You are saying Anime sucks and the classic American style cartoons are awesome. Whereas Koga was saying that if you don't like the classic style American cartoons, the only "real" "cartoon" alternative to that, is Anime, which is a pretty accurate statement.
