    Slow II

    To the RDM gurus out there, what's the exact percentage of Slow that Slow II will inflict if merited once, twice, or thrice? I've heard it may be a function of MND. If you have an exact formula that takes into account the MND as well as the upgrade level that's perfect. Otherwise whatever is good, trying to nail this down.

    Also if you happen to know the Slow% on Hojo: Ni, or the effect of Earth Shot on a Slow II, that would be useful also.

    For that graph should I assume that the Slow II for Lvl 3 testing is incomplete? Doesn't make much sense for level 3 to be well below level 1 and level 2...

    how can you not assume that? the line doesnt even continue on the graph to that level of mnd difference...

    I know, but some people need an added note of that and it wasn't posted, so might as well get that added on. What was the cap on Slow level 3? Like 36.66%?

    And from a link posted earlier it seems it's around +60MND over mobs to cap level 3 Slow II?

    The test linked above didn't seem to indicate that Slow II + Quick Draw was tested when the caster had fairly low MND. Has it already been shown to not affect Slow II at all, or did the one test mentioned in the link just happen to be at a level of MND so high that it was capped and Quick Draw did nothing? Seems like if you have a COR in your PT that Slow II may not even be necessary, as Slow I + Earth Shot is almost as powerful as a capped Slow II. I wonder if you could apply the same rationale to Paralyze + Quick Draw vs. Paralyze II.

    If a Slow I + Quick Draw = capped Slow II, imagine how good a Slow II + Quick Draw is. Though, unfortunately, I don't think I've seen any tests on it.
