I accidentally opened Windy's Eco-warrior like the second day I was playing...and STILL have this damn thing in my current quest log

Am I the only one that filters /shouts?;; I cant have them unfiltered for more than 30 seconds without wanting to /shutdown.

Nope. I keep mine filtered 24/7, otherwise I'd go on a killing spree. The rare, rare, rare exception is when I need to buy a teleport, but mostly I just get a LS person to do it or port myself.

Also, I've done the Windy Eco-Warrior more than a hundred times now. It's a weekly event for my (social) LS. 5K gil and free XP is nice, but the chance to do stuff with friends no matter your level difference is nice as well.

We were doing a forcepop NM last weekend as a group of friends, alternating triggers with one of those new LS's on Midgar. They wiped their first pop, won their second, but then we had to keep them upright their 3rd and 4th because they were getting owned really hard.

Their NIN must have died at least 8 or 10 times on a mob that ours was tanking without any trouble at all. I think they have a ways to go.

I play 2-3 characters at every event and my ls does just fine! And if thats not effort idk what is. Tanking / tank pty brd / magic bursting all at the same time! It makes events more fun for me.

I joined a shout-ls. And yeah... it's full of some of the dumbest fucks I've ever met. But for every 5 shitty players there is 1 good player, and there are a few noteworthy players who have been around forever who are inbetween shells or just bored with end-game time commitments.

Anyways, we just whore sky. We farm all our own pop items except ulli stone, we use money drops to buy those if need be. Otherwise we just kill all gods and Kirin once a week. I've gotten Osode, Haidate, Kabuto, Sune-ate since being in it so I can't complain, and we're getting our other players some nice gear too.

It of course doesn't compare at all to some of Ifrit's top-notch HNMLSs at all as far as skill goes... but whatever. I'm having fun.

my LS claimed and fought khaimera the other week, and they wiped at 4% lol, I wasn't there. I'm sure if I was there we woulda won. But anways... shout LS's DO work. Poorly, yes maybe, but they do work.

For a while, Sleepynight (Lakshmi's generic "elite" JP PLD with every item known to man) would take almost any JP person that wanted to camp with his LS at KB so that he could get a defending ring--they could have any drop they wanted (as everyone in his LS had literally everything), he just wanted the ring.

He's in Lonn's LS now I believe and Lonn is a fag. Bought shit from RMT and supposedly gil but who knows. All I know is he has leeched/bought most of his gear from RMT. That and he's a moron. Oh and lolEscaflone in that LS too I think, who was helping RMT so much that he made it onto the JP RMT List Site they had awhile ago.

The RMT are here to stay because of people like Lonn and Escaflone. Yay for you having fun but I would never degrade myself to be around people like that. My previous statement in this thread was basically about his LS.

Well somebody's gotta rage Fafnir.

JP Shout LS got a fafnir on Gilgamesh one time, after about 100 deaths (im not exagerating- there might be more... the leader lolMumu[maats cap mumu] died 20+(30+?) times as WHM(every wing lol). It was getting kited, they had like 4 plds directly infront dying to breath, people nuking from across aery.... It was running all over the fucking place, for a good 40+ minutes with no control whatsoever, and they were zombieing it down with like 30 members it went yellow at like 3-5% with them still using zombie tactics- and another JP LS stole claim and killed it lol.

Aparently it made people cry irl ;_; (and quit)

Did they manage to do that for 40 minutes without flailing it? If so, that's more of an accomplishment than a thousand Nid kills.
