Worth money or no? My assualt group got one today and on our server(Kujata) The AH history is all sold and bought back by the same person. So I looked on ffxiah.com and saw most of the servers had the same, and that it would vary widley on some servers from 900k-5M. So just asking you RNGs out there what would you pay hehehe!

Damn, didn't realize any assault ??? could be worth that much. You should be able to find a rng that'll buy it; especially one that likes guns.

I paid 2m for mine about a month or two ago.

It's worth it IMO if you have a kraken club and often zerg mobs like Dynamis Lord, CoP bosses, etc. Otherwise I wouldn't bother.

I've always said that perhaps Vulcan Ring will come from appraisal result, but this makes me believe even moreso that it may be true. If not now, possibly when they release the next few Assault ranks.

Culverin is the best weapon short of relic for Salvage bosses. Because the very first thing in the fight is you open with RNG death gank like EES > slug shot > barrage > slug shot > icarus wing > etc. Then you can just change your weapon after that if you want.

Those groups who have gotten a culverin+1, whats your record and do u trio it? with what jobs?

Very, very easy assault to trio with any pet job (pup, bst, smn, any mage /smn) + nin or /nin dd/tank (blu preferably) + anything else. Basically just keep a pet on the imp so when it warps, the pet will follow it so you can start beating on it again quickly. Dragoon's wyvern doesn't work.
