Speaking of PS2 games, the new .hack//G.U. is awesome.

I just finished watching all the //roots episode, that kind of give you a background to the story before you play G.U., and I love it this far.

Too bad that JP will get volume 3 before the US gets #2.... but w/e. >.>

I need to quit my job, too many games are coming out and I can't keep up.

Me neither lol, which is why I sold about 75% of my games yesterday to make room (don't really play anything I sold heh...)

But yeah, I still got 2 or 3 PS2 RPGs to play through, and then Motorstorm is coming out today on the PS3....sigh.

But yeah definitely play .hack//GU if you've watched the //Roots episodes, really good game.

Motorstorm is a must-buy if you got a PS3... I don't think I've enjoyed a racing game quite like this before.

And playing in 1st person + SIXAXIS = teh win.

Only if you have no friends to have fun with. It's not a huge deal, but it's fun enough, especially with games like Warioware and WiiSports to use them also.

I got to watch the sony demo of Home today at GDC and I have to say it is impressive but not enough to sell the system. It was shown during a speach by the CEO of SCEA it was pretty interesting. They also showed off some other stuff I was very impressed with. I have to say from what I have seen at GDC I would say with a little effort and work they can come out on top again.

Hopefully gonna see some good stuff tommorow.

Can you imagine just meeting up with afew friends in the park area... do some form of a area messaging asking for more players to join a Motorstorm race... having them walk over to you, wave and talk to you like in real life... brings a whole new kinda exp too online communitys.

I just hope Sony can pull it off.

Playstation "Home" rapes Nintendo Mii's , it was very impressive. Now is this a system seller for some No, but for some Yes. But the major point is this s a huge step in the right direction for Sony combined with Little Big Planet Sony got some momentum. Now if the march Update does big things with the PSN network Sony might make a rally and the PS3 will appear more purchasable :D

Anyone catch his speech? He said Killzone 2 and MGS4 will come out end of this year but we will see.

It will be great if they make use of it the way Nintendo's Miis make use of games, but if not it will just be a (nice looking) chat room. Which is nice I guess, but nothing groundbreaking.

And I happened to look at the "EGM takes the Wii to a nursing home", that was pretty cool.

I never found the Mii usage in Wii games to be special its was just kinda thrown in there. But I think "Home" purpose is its what will be used to define the PS3. The Wii has Mii's, 360 has Xbox Live, and the PS3 has Home. I think Sony did a good job with Home as far as making it define the PS3. Hell I might get a PS3 and try to join the beta in April.

The demo for little big planet was so sweet. in my opinion a much bigger deal than home. very fun looking game.

Po, did you try Homecourt out? I played the demo last night, but it doesn't seem to be as fun as the original streets.
